Sounds like the issue people had wasn't as much with the 13-0 scoreline.

People thought it was classless that the US women were doing full celebrations for each goal with the game in hand.

I don't have any real issue with the scoreline....i have played sports my entire life and been on both sides of a beating, it happens, it is what it is.

But i can see how the celebrations would rub people the wrong way. Didn't really bother me but i can see how some people would not like it.

Totally agree, be gracious in defeat and victory....

goal given. but its an interesting one. imagine a ball over the top , your defending , you hit it back to the goalie, but it goes in. Straightforward you'd think but what if it slightly brushes the attackers fingers (not deflected just lightly brushed) who hasnt actually done anything to cause the goal, despite being an obvious own goal. should it be ruled out?

Tough one...I'm just dreading next season with all this VAR/handball confusion heading our way....

spain are annoying, like alot of the technical teams they pass it too much, very little end product in the box.

I admittedly haven't watched the Norwegians between the Euros and this tournament but some of the glaring weaknesses from two years ago are still there. Some of them are sorely lacking in footballing ability, particularly the full backs, and the whole tactical plan seems to be hoof, hope Graham Hansen or Reiten manage to control the ball, and hope one of them does something.

I'm not sure about that. The French player seemed to jump into the way of the clearance with two feet off the ground for a start.
