This is the fullback/wingback I want.

I think we need better attacking options at the position who have athleticism. Which is what I think Poch gets the most out of in a player, especially at that position.

It’s the main thing that gives me pause about Wan-Bissaka as he hasn’t shown much in the offensive game.

We’re taking a risk with the fee being touted for him with £34 mil one article stating.

He’s coming from a relatively poor league which is easy to look good in. We’ve seen full well with our previous signings from Ligue 1.

I’d very much prefer signing AWB if we wanna splash the cash.

“If we wanna splash the cash”

Problem I see is that AWB could be closer to double the fee/wages Atal would be.

I think back to the last season we had Walker and Rose and the amount of terror they put into opposition...

All of a sudden, we sold Walker and Rose got hit with injuries, leaving us with Trippier and Davies, which is significantly less frightening.

Atal and Sessegnon would give us 2 hungry, pacey, direct options, which could make us a wonderful attacking side. Rejuvenate the fullbacks for £40m-£50m sell trips for £20m and let KWP go on loan!

That first line.
We were at our most lethal when Walker & Rose bombed up & down the wings providing some width going forward.
Atal can do this & with much better end product than Walker (crossing & shooting).

would meunier be a good signing for us?
By good do you mean "better than Trippier"? Then yes, but so would be just not playing a RB and scattering banana peels along the right side of the pitch in the hope that their attackers slipped on one.

Atal is a full back who's strength are going forward but imo he isn't strong enough as a defender

As there’s no AWB thread I’m just going to link it to this, apparently Zaha has asked to leave Palace and if he leaves it means they’re very unlikely to sell AWB to

Don't we hear that every year though?

We do and considering he’s on £130,000 a well and has about 4 years left on the contract, I can’t see anyone paying what palace will want

He keeps signing these new deals and then moans why Palace price him out of moves. Not the sharpest tool in the shed I suspect.
