Ajax is this year's Monaco from three seasons ago. A really brilliant young team of ballers who play fantastically together and make a wonderful CL run. Then, at the end of the season the vultures swoop in and pick the meat from their bones. Didn't they lose like four or even five of their players that summer? You can see something similar happening to poor old Ajax this summer... De Jong TooD'ligttoquit, van de beek, ziyech, Neres, … can even see a Serie A team swooping in for someone like Tadic.

That's gotta suck for the fans.

De ligt just seems like the perfect signing for liverpool. I'm sure he would want to team up with VVD

I think we have plenty to offer De Ligt, it's just a shame that there are two teams with higher standing in the game that have center back holes to fill in their own set ups.

Either Overmars or Van de Sar have said only 2/3 will go, De Jong, De Light and Ziyech, although offers may be too good to refuse for others.

Opinion only! They are well covered in that area, with quality. So why?

If they had a weakness or two it's a partner for VVD and a world class CM. Klopp I'm sure would love their international partnership at club level. Matip is ok. Lovren is ok. Gomez is ok. Plus I see Gomez being back up to TAA.

It's a signing that makes sense to liverpool and de ligt IMO

The ITK forum is visible but the transfer rumours forum isn’t as it’s not quite ready. That is why a lot of you can’t see it. It’s not there yet.

Anyone who still has access will see the Transfer Forum sitting alongside the ITK forum as soon as it goes ‘live’

Both myself and Rob have had a lot of PM’s asking about this so hopefully the above helps keep your panties clean.

Latest news, I'm going to try (not very hard) to open all ITK forums tonight. Well, possibly overnight. OK maybe tomorrow...........

We'll see how it goes. I'm busy Tuesday so it definitely won't be then. Well, unless I get done early. OK, I will get done early so there's a chance it could be after 11am. ish.

At least now you have some clarity :woot:

Thank you for your patience.

Marc Roca, Sander Berge, someone like that.
DTX, have you actually watched Sander Berge? I ask because I hadn't but saw many a call by people on here for him. So last season I took in two games toward the end of the season and left particularly unimpressed considering all the noise made in his favor on this board. The players that were impressive were the forward Trossard (sp?) and the MF Malinovsky (sp?). It was no surprise that those 2 players were called to bigger and better things this past TW. If you haven't watched him I suggest you take a look. I don't think he is going to be able to get around the pitch in the PL.
