Go to tickets, then ticket account, then access my account. Sign in, look in drop down account menu and it’s there under “account cash back”.

Thank dagraham, that wasn't so hard to find. Guess my eyes where in the way when trying to figure it out earlier.
Hopefully i will be able to figure out how to press my pin to pay for my groceries later today
If not i will pm you for help :facepalm:o_O

I always get charged a booking fee but have not had any credit back for it. Anyone else in the same boat as me?

It should be going directly to the payment card you use to book rather than the Tottenham eticketing account - have you checked that?

Just out of interest guys.....

I bought an 1882 season ticket for the new stadium but next year im unsure if i can fork out so much. Am i able to downgrade/ move elsewhere to a cheaper seat? Or not? Hows it usually work on renewal? It was my first ever season ticket!

I’d assume you’d have to give up that ticket then go back on the list waiting for another to come up but you’ll likely be low down due to loyalty points.

You could always get it and then sell a few games to help out lower the cost overall

Normally you will get the opportunity to move seats if anything is available due to others wanting to move etc but this is not a normal season so not sure how it will work

No more than the 42k ST will be issued again so it is possible you may be able to move

I would phone the ticket office and seak advise sooner rather than later

As said above the ground will be an absolute sell out for a few years probably so you'll have no problem selling the tickets on if you can afford to renew

Have to say, now I've seen the prices for food and drink in the new stadium, the 1882 ticket doesn't look to be the value it was perceived to be when I bought it. Will have to give serious consideration at renewal time.

didn't think the club are letting people change location, are you allowed to downgrade location?

Then they will need to upgrade the offer then. Small amount over 19 games won’t cost the club much. Perceptions. Mind you, a patron who doesn’t take up some of the offers may not be the right person to ask. All in all, I reckon everything needs to settle down. *Wasn’t especially referring to yourself 48K.

They told the Trust in their last meeting that you won't be able to this summer:

"
  • There would be no option to change ST seats in the first season back. It was felt a season was needed for people to settle in. So it will not be possible to move seats until the summer of 2020
  • Any exceptional cases will be handled as one offs by the ticket office
  • Communication will be going out to ST holders clearly stating there will be no moves this summer"

how would they upgrade the offer?

they get a free pint and also a program? for a lot more £ paid than those around them.
what could they offer to make someone whose had the first seasons end games who doesn't want to pay again that would make them change their mind?

The club knew who would want to be where and priced accordingly, 1882 in the middle of the park lane and east stand next to the park lane (where they sing shelf side)….

It's a free drink (£5) and food (£~5) and programme (£5).
We get domestic cup games included. They budget on that being a total of 24 games based on their %age refunded to my account this year, so 24*15 = £360 of "freebies" plus (24-19) 5 cup games at say average £75 a game = £375 so £735 in total on top of the comparable £1200 season ticket giving (2200-1935) £265 of "difference" to being an 1882 member. ie. having a private bar and having your name on a sign outside the door. I'm not really seeing a compelling reason for sticking with the 1882 ticket at this point.

Some of us 1882 seat holders are in the east stand and were singing Shelf Side yesterday :)

No way are those cup games worth £75 each. It's domestic cups - really hard to see them being any more than £30 if we've got any intention of filling the ground.

Very good point, just amplifies my point even more.

thank you, being the sentimental old fool I am at 48, I nearly cried the first time we sang it at the U18s game (i'm in the park lane).
missed the lane so much, wasn't the same at wembley

I was hoping to move as I feel too far away, do you feel the same @48K ? Your view is the same as mine pretty much as you're right by me (at a cost of a grand more)
guess I'll have to be patient and wait until next year.

I chose the east stand option because I wanted to be able to see the south stand as opposed to be in amongst it so I'm happy with the seat in that sense, but that 1882 block is quite up in the gods which is a shame. This was, of course, known at time of purchase so I have no complaint about that. I also knew that I'd be sat near people who were paying a grand less for their seats (allbeit they didn't have cup games included) so no real beef about that either. My pause for thought is mainly because of the fantastic value pricing that the food and drink is on offer at the stadium. When I bought my ticket I it was a time when I was paying £5.50 for a pint of Budweiser and £13 for burger and chips at Wembley - add a fiver for a programme and over 24 games that's getting on for £600 of "stuff", plus the cup game tickets plus the private bar and "name on the feature wall" nonsense and all of a sudden £2200 doesn't appear to be massively expensive (if your man maths is sufficiently skewed by your love for the club). A secondary reason is that the product just doesn't feel special enough - an empty shell of a bar at the end of a corridor that feels a bit of an afterthought doesn't really cut it. I fully recognise it's probably not finished yet so wait with interest to see how things evolve over the remaining games.

If I could redefine the 1882 season ticket in a way that would give better value to the customers without the club having to spend too much money on it, my suggestions would be:
a) Include some European games in the ticket package
b) Open the doors 3 hours before kick off , same as for the premium seat holders
c) Get some furniture in the bars - give people a place to sit down, and tables for their food and drink
d) Have some entertainment in the bars like they are doing out on the main concourses
e) Hold some exclusive 1882 events

They need to make it feel like an actual club, a place that you actively want to make a beeline for as soon as you get in to the ground with compelling reasons to spend time there, rather than an empty room to pop in to in order to pick up your free programme and food and drink voucher.

I caveat the above again by saying I do realise we've only had two test events so far, and fully expect things to evolve and improve. However renewal time is not that far away...
