200k isn’t massive?

Of course it is, but he could be earning a lot more elsewhere. He chose to stay because he loves the club and he's happy enough with what he earns now, which is what the previous poster said they want to see players doing.

Linked with Sterling again today.

I am quite surprised that the Spanish clubs have targeted players like him and especially De Bruyne who I think would be a perfect fit at both clubs.

It's almost impossible to sign players that City don't want to sell though. Unless the player kicks up a fuss it's not going to happen.

Courtois seems a bit of a nob

A bit? He is an absolute ****. Not sure why I dont like him, dont really hear much from him but just strikes me as a twat and actually he is a decent keeper but certainly not like one of the x best

Chuckle at Courtois who is ditched for Navas the second Zidane walks back in.

Not surprised as De Gea initially were Zidane's first choice. Already commented in the media that Real want De Gea and Courtios would be a part of that deal

And the spending has begun... 50 mil on Diego Militao, 21 year old CB from Porto.
Wow. I actually bought him on FIFA (yes I know). I also bought Neres who scored for Ajax against them a couple weeks back. :sneaky:

Apparently Madrid have €500 million to spend (they must be selling off another training ground or something) on Hazard, Mbappe and Pogba.

They really need someone to replace Ronaldo and I reckon the player will be Mbappe. He’s basically going to be the best player in the world in the next few years if he continues his rise and that’s the kind of player Madrid will want.

They don’t have the money to take players off PSG anymore. They may want Mbappe, but they won’t get him.

According to BBC Gossip this morning, Bayern Munich are also planning to go on a record spending spree this summer.

Wonder how these sprees could affect plans of other clubs & their targets?.

It would take a huge amount of money to get Mbappe and I can't see PSG being willing to sell unless he kicks up a fuss and demands the move which seems unlikely at the moment.
