Im with you in that I like Wrighty as a pundit. However the Benzema shout is such a lazy one just because he plays for Madrid. He's overrated.....Harry is streets ahead of him

Yeah i thought it was an odd one. I am not sure there are many out and out strikers better than HK in the World (if you ignore the likes of Messi, Ronaldo, Neymar who aren't your typical CF). Who is better than him? Lewandowski? PEA? Suarez?

Yeah I agree, Benzema only has 11 league goals this season
Whilst I would say that Kane is quite easily in the same bracket as Benzema - I disagree that he's overrated. He's a different type of forward. He's not a traditional striker like Falcao that will score you 30 goals in a season. If any team tried to use him as their main striker he would be a huge flop. But he is one of the best support strikers in the world at the moment. When Real have Bale and Ronaldo playing on the wings Benzema is the one who provides the link up play between them and the midfield.

Kane can play that role as well but if that was his main focus he wouldn't be scoring the same number of goals that he has.

I'd argue Bale is also there to facilitate as well. RM are built to feed Ronaldo the ball and get him his goals. Thats really it. He has a ton of trouble sharing goals. He fucking sulks if he doesnt score. Rarely, if ever, celebrates with teammates who score. So its hardly Benzema's fault that he doesnt score much.

No he hasn't. Lewandowski has 30 in 33 (league only), 43 in 47 in all competitions. Aubameyang has 31 in 32, or 39 in 45 all competitions.

I meant per time on the pitch.
