From the BBC - words written by the BBC, not some fan phone in opportunist...

HALF-TIME
Liverpool 2-0 West Brom

Grinding out a point at Anfield is looking quite impressive now isn't it Manchester United fans?

FFS...

It will be between us and Liverpool this year if we get into gear and you just know that Liverpool will win it because they will get the rub of the green all the way to the finish line.

ffs there r going to b top.
And they've played Arsenal away, Spurs away, Chelsea away picking up 7 points from 9, and played UTD and Leicester at home picking up 4 points from 6. When I saw their fixtures at the beginning of the season I thought they'd be way off the pace. I never dreamt for a minute they'd be sitting top. Whatever you think of them, it's still an impressive start to the season

See I really wouldn't mind Liverpool half as much, alot of the fans are still self entitled chumps but the press and media...ahh they make that club super unbearable

I agree that Liverpool are looking sharper in front of goal but they are certainly not as difficult to beat as we are. Their style of play means that they are more prone to having a flaky result. Whilst we struggle to finish teams at least we won't be as easy to rip apart. All of that could change for us should Kane come back in and rediscover his form and performances, plus we should see GKN in the latter stages of the season (I'm sure he can be our version of Mane). Who knows, by then Liverpool may be struggling with fitness. At Dortmund Klopp's team's have always had players with recurring injuries, which has resulted in a dip in form at some point in the season, and in his final year at Dortmund was a disaster in this respect. Long way to go and I still fancy our chances slightly more than their's, even if I don't think we will win it.

These are the games in which they are more likely to perform and get a result. As we saw against Burnley and indeed in that United game, they struggle just as much as we do. They also played West Brom at home, much different proposition.

I hate west brom, i really do. They'll turn up to play us but give up the azz to other teams.

We only have ourselves to blame for that Im afraid, when you have 72% of the ball and most of the chances and cant see a team off it falls on our shoulders as a failure.
