Mind you let you know at the of of the season if the Barnet needs the "just for men" treatment

Such a crazy whirlwind ahead of us, now. Crazy. Not only our own fixtures, but the fixtures of the teams closest to us. Major contenders for top 4 will drop point every week for the next weeks, by virtue of meeting each other. Then, we round it up with Arsenal and West Ham in start of March. 5th of we'll know for sure.

I'm very confident in top 4. Liverpool still adjusting to a new manager, United look shot and unlikely to spend the money they would have done in years past to give them a boost. Everton too inconsistent and West Ham likewise. Chelsea too far behind. Ahead of us we have a City side stuttering and Leicester still riding high. Arsenal, for all their plaudits, can never seem to pull away from us.

We are the most consistent team and, taking the first couple of weeks out of it, have been the best side in the prem. we have lots of match winners in our side and a solid platform to let them play.

The crucial factors are 1) injuries and 2) burn out.

I'm more hopeful on these as the players who've had to step in (Carroll, Son etc.) have largely stepped up and look to slot in pretty seamlessly.

I'm looking up not down and enjoying the ride

We win the next two and I think the sky is the limit for this season. But take nothing for granted, every game is hard in this League and its so unpredictable. Norwich are so bad defensively and Watford don't travel well, not lately anyway, so we should be looking at two wins if we're at it.

Would set the City game up as a real title clash - just praying they don't have Kompany back by then.

Huge rumours kompany out for the season. How nice of we added a game changer to our squad this month to really threaten

every game is important, the games I think are the main 1's in order

Man C if we match their next 2 results a win takes us above them, but hope we don't lose, especially if we are above them by then
WHU this could be the game that really puts distance to losing a top 4 spot
Arscum really hope by time we play this game we can somehow be ahead of them and win and be even further
Liverpool I don't think they will be a threat in catching us, but the 1st game in a tough last 7, hence why I want us clear of the goons
Man U this game could be the game that cements a top 4
Chelscum just want to win at their place

we will also need to hopefully win all the above 6 to have a chance of doing something even more special than Alli's goal today

I don't think we need game changers to be honest, the current squad can challenge for the league providing we have a back up for Kane.

Honestly, we are the best team in the league. We reallly should not be worrying about top 4. I believe our boys have their sights much higher. We have the best defence, best keeper, great fullbacks, currently the best midfielder in Dembele, the best young talent in Alli, a wonderful mix of attacking midfielders and of course, just to top it off, we have super boy wonder himself Harry Kane to lead the troops. I'm not saying we're going to win it, but I wouldnt be surprised at all if we did. This is unlike any Tottenham side that we have seen since the 80's and probably back to the 60's. We dominate literally every single match whether we win or not.

Guys, I reallly think it's okay to start seriously believing. We have nothing and no one to fear.

Well we are 4th in the league with current team. 2/3 through season. We need to push on and of we can bring someone in who can score goals I think we will be stronger

Honestly, we are the best team in the league.

That's a slightly optimistic assessment. And here's why:

We have the best defence

I think Arsenal's defence of Koscielny, Mertesacker, Bellerin and Monreal is just as good as ours, and City's too once Kompany comes back.

best keeper

Honestly, De Gea and Cech really give Lloris a run for his money on this. I think De Gea is the best in the league, Utd would be sinking without trace for the last two seasons without him.

great fullbacks
Weird match to post this after Rose got turned inside out by Zaha, Trippier has only recently come into this good form, Walker hasn't gotten back to his Best Young Player form and Davies still doesn't scream ability at you. Granted, they're better than most of the rest of the league though.

currently the best midfielder in Dembele

I also agree with this and think that many others wouldn't. I'm just glad he's finally applying his talent for us rather than just running in circles and not passing forwards a la Parker.

the best young talent in Alli

Barkley plays in the same position and looks just as promising to me, but Alli is definitely up there.

Winning the league should be no one's expectations. We should be aiming high, but we also needn't be disappointed if we were to 'only' finish 4th in the league this season.[/QUOTE]

This is my favourite post ever. I might have had a few beers, but reading that made me well up with excitement!
