May be seen as a 'show spoiler' but not meant to be. One minute he is in London having medical, then next minute in Rome and training unlike Bale. rest is hypothetical assumptions about them signing someone and then he comes. Does not sit right at all.

These are not bad problems to have. These are blessings over the course of a long season. I'd much rather have a ridiculously deep squad like Chelsea than one like Arsenal's where injuries are already leaving their side struggling in the 2nd week of the season.

Also if we signed hulk who gives a shit about whether Townsend gets playing time? Hulk is an amazing player and is insanely underrated by our fans/the people on this forum for some reason. We should be thrilled at the prospect of signing him, not worried about how his signing would affect friggin Andros Townsend's playing time.

I like Andros Townsend.
Andros Townsend likes our club, his club and wants to do well for us.
I want him to get plenty of chances to improve and turn out to be great.
I don't care about Hulk.

Dimarzio reporting Bale done for £75m and no players. Not sure I believe that.

As much as I'd hate to sell to another Premier League club, if the £125m price to sell to Man Yoo was true I'd rather take that.

£50m can buy you a decent player or more.

A hero is born among a hundred, a wise man is found among a thousand, but an accomplished one might not be found even among a hundred thousand men.

Plato

No idea what that means. I'm guessing you've got a random quote generating app for your phone

Never. We could make that money by pipping them to a CL spot/winning the league etc. If they had bale the chances of doing either of those would be greatly reduced.

From this point on, the last thing we want to do is strengthen our rivals for the top four spots. And we won't

Why is it always our players that seem to throw a strop? Haven't heard a thing about Baines and Fellani refusing to train. Even Rooney and Suarez are getting on with it.

The time for selling our best players to domestic rivals has surely past. If we want to walk the walk we've got to start acting like it.

No domestic Bale sale - its that simple.
