The American market is going crazy with the NBC promotion at this moment. This upcoming season will see the most people in history watching the EPL. If we were to actually push for a title, and play attractive football this season, I could see Spurs support taking off here in the states.

I just wish if this was true JL says fuck it, don't sell Bale for any price this season - Maybe next but use him to push for the title.
No point offering us any amount we want to spend and then selling an incredible world class talent when he can seemingly be kept.
I'm really excited for these last few weeks.
If we brought in Lamela, Willian, Coentrao, Capoue, Chaldi, Paulinho and Soldado AND kept Bale. I don't even know how to describe how I'd feel.

Today the Spurs roller-coaster is most definitely heading up. There might be a loop-the-loop to come yet but I'm confident we'll be happy at the end of it all.

The bottom part is exactly what I've been saying all summer. Most open Premiership season EVER. Love that we're spending big and DOES NOT depend on Bale going. Sounds like we will get at least one of Willian and Lamela. Still hoping for Coentrao too. Really, really think we can do something special this year.

And even though we don't have Dempsey any more, I think the move back might help up as it keeps being talked about his move from us, so getting our name noticed more.

We will almost definitely never have a situation where 3 of the league's top sides have new managers. We will rarely have the best player in the league in our squad. We have a brilliant, ambitious manager with a squad of great players. This chance won't come again. Time to make the most of it.

Americans are suckers for an underdog, and a cinderella story. We are being pushed as the team coming out of no-where, led by Bale, taking on the mighty United, City and Chelsea. The attention and draw for us is already building/is there.

This gave me goosebumps and I'm fairly new to the scene..I can't imagine what the long-time fans would feel if this went down.
I guess I'd liken it to the Cubs finally winning a WS? A new fan would be elated, but I don't even know what I'd do were it to happen. Some sort of laugh/cry/vomit/splooge combo. It'd be glorious.
