SK, quick question. Do you find it a challenge juggling the role of both 'head of excellence' and 'art director of football', or is there a degree of overlap between the two roles?
As you probably know, I am the only one ever to have this kind of title from a football perspective. As they say. Money never sleeps, and in football the head of excellence is the major role of the two, as you are trying to find the talents that can excel in a certain position. The art director of football is more the tactical side of the game. This is about how you use the players in a formation on the pitch based on attributes each player has. To sum up your question. It it is possible to overlap between the two roles but it is challenging every day.

Do you guys know that Willy Boly is top of the league with Braga in the Europa League?

Scoutingmanagement is not wrong about this one either. Sometimes it takes some time for players to adapt, but with the right players around, you know they have the talent to succeed. It is more about what kind of players you gel together on the pitch.

What kind of player is Willy Boly? What player would you most compare him to?

I like to think Spursking would have recommended Sunderlands new signing, Didier N'Dong.

He was probably keen on Sissoko at one stage too. He's probably at home looking something like this right now.

Wouldn't expect a reply from SK, he's out of phone reception range just now on an SC scouting mission in Namibia

Willy Boly scored for Wolves today as they beat Bolton 5-1. Such a good talent.
