Where do we need strengthening in the summer?

We definitely need somebody who has half a brain in the centre of midfield as a viable alternative to playing two of Dembele/Wanayama/Dier. Winks may come back from injury and be that player but it will take him a while to get up to speed and having somebody to rotate with wouldn't hurt.

The real conundrum lies in the fullback situation. I think we're ok at LB with Rose and Davies. At RB with Trippier/Aurier/KWP we have 3 OK options, the issue is that all 3 will probably improve but nobody knows how much.

I don't think we need a ST with Kane as first choice and Son/Lamela who can fill in (Lamela as more of a false 9). As we've seen with both Janssen and Llorente playing once a blue moon doesn't lend itself to great performances.

CB is dependent on Alderweireld and which system Poch will utilize. If Toby leaves and he wants to play with a back 3 then we're going to have to look at bringing in somebody, especially if, as it appears, Poch see's Diers future at CM. If we stick with a back 4 and Toby leaves then I'm happy enough with Verts/Sanchez/Dier/Foyth/CCV.
