It does look a very serious problem. I was even more worried when he came on and produced that glorious assist. I just thought shit, that lad is so dizzy looking - how did he do that!

Vertigo? If so nothing serious.

As fun as it may be to jump on the OP. Let's be clear dizziness can be a symptom of many things, many of them not serious but some very serious indeed.

I hope he's OK and it is a great sign that he played on Saturday but it doesn't mean for certain there isn't still an issue. No doubt the club will be on top of this.

Really not comfortable joking about it just yet though.

Should this be a concern? He was on the bench for the Watford game because he fell ill again. This doesn't sound like a typical injury either but something more serious. Especially that fact he gets dizzy a lot which isn't normal.

Does anyone have any medical insight as to what could be going on with him.

It could be Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo. BPPV. Caused by a particle floating around the ear. I get it when I look up quickly. There are head movements that get rid of it, but hope its not that.

Was it even confirmed he was on the bench because of dizziness? We rotate the squad, so aside from our starting CBs, Lloris, and Kane I'm never surprised when anyone is on the bench.

There's clearly nothing wrong otherwise he wouldn't have been on the bench or come on. Poch clearly giving him a rest, given it was a game we could (should) have won without him.

If we were concerned he wouldn't have been on the bench, let alone come on.

Him feeling dizzy is hardly surprising considering the effort he puts in on the pitch. Any time you exercise with that sort of intensity it's going to spin you out a bit - some professional athletes will train until they are way past just feeling dizzy for a bit, they'll train until they are physically sick, collapse/pass out and have to be helped back to a recovery area.

My guess is he's a young lad who takes his training very seriously, does it to 150% and he just needed to take five and let himself level out. It might happen again in a few weeks, but as he gets older, if it is just intensity, it'll pass.

Is there a doctor on the board?

Not vertigo certainly
as he's almost there already.
Boom, boom.

A serious question with some very silly answers.

Chadli had scored 4 in 3 games, before the game. So, no surprise, Poch gave Chadli a run in & happy to play Alli from bench.
Alli should/will start ManCity away...
