I don't know he doesn't take free kicks around the box. Ronaldo and Messi always do, he needs to take charge when a free kick comes along.

Because he’s not all that good in that situation.

As a spurs fan I don’t want him taking freekicks.

As an England fan I don’t want him taking freekicks.

The choices available for Eng are pretty limited.

agree free kicks arent his strong suit and also agree nobody on the pitch for England Monday is any better. But its going to be hard to push Eriksen to the side to let Harry work on his free kicks.

How do you know? He hardly takes any? Besides you only get better by taking them.

I'm hugely impressed with those stats.

We have a player that is on-par to be better than Ronaldo. How fortunate are we!

Yes he did quite a bit, and they were horrible. Get better in training first.
I still think it's better to take them in the games and find the right technique over time. I would personally like to see Kane/Dier take the ones from range and Eriksen/Trippier from closer to the box. It's not like we score many free kicks anyway so judging on the very few that he has taken is not a clear indication. We should alternate though so when one misses the next one goes.

Right, we just don't have a elite FK taker ATM, or the last three year. Eriken just can't seem to generate enough power/speed for most of the FK he takes - very accurate but no bite. I'd like to see Lamela more if he can get more time.
