Being as I am 75 years old and only had a computer for e few years so I am stuck in the old world can you explain what RAWKY means I can only assume its something derogatory ?
RAWKY
Verb, old English

To act in a Rawkish manner; To be 'Rawky'; To act and speak like the Liverpool fans on the popular Liverpool forum called RAWK (Red And White Kop)

Example
Person 1 - "Eeehhh fockin' ell, dem fockers on Sky Sportss don' fockin' like oz maate"

Person 2 - "Calm down and stop acting RAWKY"

Rawky or whatever. There is a clear bias. It’s not the end of the world, but it’s clearly there. Obviously just the inner fan in these so called pundits. They’ll give us credit (it’s hard not to over the last few years), but will always throw in a....
Can they keep their players?
What if Kane(best players) get injuried?
Tottenham must win a trophy this season or Poch/players will leave.
Need to pay more wages.
Etc etc etc
Every. Single. Time. Without fail.
They are incapable of saying anything positive without something negative.
Liverpool get nothing but praise.
Like I said not something to worry about or lose sleep over, but there is a clear bias.

Everything you've stated is posted here, on a very regular basis.
So are posters on here biased?... or, heaven forbid, is it just some people's actual opinions?

No there isn't, its called journalism. Have you ever read an article about about a team where they say 'they are great, everything is great and isn't it great'? No, because theres no balance, no light and dark, no conflict. That's writing 101, apparently football fans are incapable of realising thats how writing works and it turns out not everyone has an inexplicable vendetta about a football team that 95% of the world couldn't really give two shits about doing well or badly, they just want #content.

https://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2018/sep/13/tottenham-carelessness-liverpool-goals

This is a fun read in the Guardian today. (n) An article from Jonathan Wilson on our 'carelessness' and the potential for the whole 'project' to collapse. This paragraph in particular is a beauty:

"Promising as this squad is, they’re like a bicycle kept upright by its own momentum. As soon as there is a sense they are not moving forward, as soon as anybody pauses to wonder why they are paid so much less than peers at other clubs, and whether they will at any point actually win something, it is liable to topple over".

"At the moment, for Tottenham, it’s as though every defeat counts double, hitting not only their league position but also hacking at the foundations of a possible future. They really cannot afford any more carelessness against a Liverpool side that have perhaps replaced them as the Premier League’s emerging force. "

We've lost three games in our last 24 league matches and just one this season. But we're "careless"? :cautious:

So basically we have to be an invincibles stytle title winning side or we're falling apart. I swear some of these so called journalists are stealing a living.

I'm not sure where else to post this but why is the recent story in the press/media about attendances being less than tickets sold etc saying our average attendance last season, official figure is 61,843 but the actual figure was 58,103, when our official average attendance for last season is 67,953. Can anyone help clear this up?

I know that, what I'm trying to say is that the papers/bbc are saying our official attendance figure was 61,843. But our official attendance was 67,953. They are saying we gave 61k official but only actually 58k turned up. But the official attendance was 68k.

The gullible on here who have called me out for saying that there is an "anti spurs agenda" they should try listening to talk sport and love radio and if they do and can then say there is not an anti spurs media agenda then I can say for sure it is not me being over sensitive or indeed paranoid but they are being foolish for thinking these media people are fair and even handed
