He wants to sell, so I don't blame him to an extent, but it's not like they're not bringing in decent players or managers
True of course but he's never really had a plan that I can see. Fair enough you could argue that someone like Abramovich doesn't but one can't argue with the trophy haul during his tenure.

It's not just the lack of transfer market spending with Ashley though, it's also a lack of a long term plan for Newcastle in the way that Levy has for Spurs. There seems to be a lack of ambition beyond mid table.
They could at least spend the money they do have intelligently. For a team like Newcastle, they should be aiming for more punts from U23/U24 players in the Championship.

I heard a Spurs fan on Talkshit really letting our fan base down, going on about Levy should go his only thinking about his own pocket , went on about the catering contract at the new stadium being Levy's own company as proof of he own greed.

All because we didn't sign a players.
Probably a member on here . There were quite a few tantrums in the itk thread on Thursday.

This bit kills me ...

"The Gunners shipped out £70m this summer to bolster the defence that conceded an eye-watering 51 times in the league last season.

Shot-stopper Bernd Leno and defenders Sokratis Papastathopolous and Stephan Lichsteiner have been accompanied by midfielders Matteo Guendouzi and Lucas Torreira"

The goonerds needed to sign players, pity the ones they signed just complement the prolapsed vaginas they already have on their books.

Don't get the Harry Kane injury logic as well, it's like people have goldfish memory...

Harry Kane has been injured, last season, he missed a fair few games. Not only did we survive without him, we did quite well. Son stepped up big time. What a top top footballer we have in him.

Wow! Meltdown on Redcafe... Not started talking about us yet, other than a few hopeful shouts that we spank them and that will spell the end for Moany...

This was a funny comment of note, how they view their chances currently:-

"We are shit on a stick.

There's not even a stick, because a stick would mean there's a solid core.

It's just more hardened, crumbly shit that's been there a bit longer than the fresh shit on the outside."

Lol

Poch signed a new contract, so unless he has a clause in there to speak to United, I can't see Levy even answering the phone to United anyway, or just laugh down the phone at them.

Big difference to players (where you hold on to their registration), a manager can just quit and take another job, as per civilian work force.
