Has any season ticket holders had there loyalty points uploaded to there account yet?

Just what I came to ask.
Do us new ST holders lose all our lillywhite loyalty points? Bit gutting if I Did, I had about 150 and had hoped to go to the odd away game in the near future.

It doesn't matter if you lose them.

A season ticket with 0 points is worth more than a member with 1000. You're still in the same structure and just on 0 with a load of new season ticket holders

If we get a cup final there will be less seats than season tickets.

I asked the trust about that and they said club were confirming system.

You wouldn't be able to keep your LP anyway as the system has meant STH in previous years have lost their member points. It wouldn't work

I think we'll see similar to Man Utd who have cup/ euro credits and everyone who has been going to all cup games with a ST will get tickets etc

new season tickets: so 260 loyalty points on bronze has the same chance of a cup final ticket as a 10 loyalty point bronze

We have literally no idea how the club plan to manage this, but best guess is yes, it'll all be based on this year's cup attendance, but very difficult to know until announced.

Given no announcement, we've got to assume it still just goes on loyalty points. It'd be very controversial (although that's far from impossible with them!) for them to change the system after selling memberships - for instance, if it weren't for increased access to cup finals and away games, I'd have probably not chosen to purchase a Season Ticket. And yes, if it's still on loyalty points, no members will have a chance of cup finals.

Personally what I'd like to see done it to change the LP system so there's no differentiation between members and ST holders. Give ST holders ~65 points or whatever upfront each year to cover all the league games they go to, but 1 ST loyalty point is the same as 1 members loyalty point. That way a member who for instance goes to all the home games will have priority over a ST holder who only goes to league games.

Or half your loyalty points when you upgrade to a season ticket, that way you still get a fighting chance to have your attendances recognised rather than 20,000 people's history being effectively written off

They club still haven't released details of the new ticket resale arrangements. My partner and I can't attend the Chelsea match, because I'll be away in Edinburgh, but there's still no clue about how to resell the tickets.

So I rang the ticket office hotline. They say that there should be an announcement on the website "later today, when the club has confirmed the arrangements"?

Leaving it a bit bloody late, aren't they?

You won't be able to sell your ticket until the match has sold out anyway.

Feeling a little done having bought my first season ticket. Paid too much for it but thought at least I will be able to sell back some of the times I can't make games but guess I just got conned. At leas for me it's not too bad as next year I will get concession rates
