Can anyone help. I'm only a Bronze member. Just spoke with ticket office. On sale for Monaco is tomorrow at 10am they said, but it seems I can buy them now?
Has anyone tried?
Trying to get 3 or 4.

Tried getting an extra one on membership (already bought 3 match package) - lets you get as far as checkout but then prevents it with message that you are attempting to buy more tickets than allowed.

Selling out a full capacity at Wembley was always optimistic. Even if we drew a top team it wouldn't be guaranteed imo.

I agree that the best thing to do would be to sell the first two tiers first as I stadium with gaps everywhere is never good.

How many have we sold? They should have blocked the top tier

Id say give the rest for a pound

well there is two membership options (lilywhite and bronze) and bronze is pretty much exactly the same as lilywhite except it puts you on the waiting list. so a large number of people must want to be on the waiting list

Isn't lillywhite a day later in terms of being able to buy tickets?

What gets me is that we're given around 35k tickets when we play at Wembley normally, and for everyone you know that has a ticket there are 2-3 begging for one. Where are all these people now?

I know what you mean, but those Wembley games are semi finals and finals.

I guess there are some who still look at the group stages as the warm up to the important stuff and looked at the group ( which does look a bit EL) and decided to pass.

It also confirms what I've always thought in that the idea that we will automatically sell out a new 61,000 ground is not a given if we don't a) get the pricing right and b) have a team worthy of playing in it.

There is no guarantee just because of this mythical season ticket waiting list.

Bronze gives you (up to this season) priority for tickets one day before the other members that's why most people buy the Bronze membership.

I know lots of bronze members who live abroad and would never buy a season ticket because they can't make it to all games

This season they stopped the priority window and guess what I moved 4000 places in the season ticket waiting list...

Yea but you have to remember that now we have around 80k seats to fill if not more and so far the only people who have been able to purchase a ticket are people who have membership. They can also only buy ticket per person.

I have a couple of friends who want to go but at the moment, I cant get them a ticket for just one match

What pissed me off when I became a bronze member was the first time I rang to get tickets and was told 'Sorry they're sold out. ... but you can try again tomorrow.'
Ay???? What do you mean? Is it sold out or not?
'Well the bronze allocated seats have been but lily white go on sale tomorrow. '
Erm.. so I'm paying extra so I can buy tickets AHEAD of lilywhite members.... but you only allocate so many bronze seats... seats I might add that arent even in a better location than those available to lilywhites... and then I have to try again the following day...
and may be unsuccessful?????
Well what fkin shit for brains came up with that gem?
Looks like they've done the same stunt with Wembley by the sound of it.
If you're a bronze member and are trying to buy a ticket you should be able to get one and sit where the hell you like if its available. If the place is then sold out for lilywhite members then tough titty.
It's not right imo.
Rant over.

1000 seats are available in the bronze member priority period and they go very quickly. The rest go on sale to all members the following day.

We bought the tickets as a bundle for all 3 group home matches for something like £84

I had assumed at that price they'd be snapped up (although when we purchased them we had no idea who the opposition would be and I suppose the less than giant names we drew are less likely to attract fans and neutrals to the game than had we got a Barca or a Real what with the games being midweek and on tv anyway)

I hope we don't end up playing in a half empty stadium with next to no atmosphere or home advantage

the clube thought we would draw a Barcelona or RM and therefore held tickets in better sections of Wembley for the general sale to charge premium prices then.

now we gonna play in a half empty Wembley with people scattered around the stadium.

Well it won't be half empty will it. Over 50k packages were sold. Now it's on general sale I'd still expect a lot more tickets to be sold with over a week to go.

Doubt it will sell out. But I'd guess the attendance will be in the high 70s-low 80s.
