Even with the explanations I don't see it happening.

I think I'd rather us open our new stadium as a finished product as opposed to moving in and then completing it whilst we're there.
Obviously I agree purely from the stadium point of view, but I still think we are going to endure a terribly difficult season at Wembley so it would be worth avoiding that if at all possible.

General Sale now open for Gent, but it's a load of wank...
I'm logged in, but it still says Members Sale, and I can also get view of available seats.
Can barely find 2 together and when I do they are all suddenly unavailable!

Yep same problem. Where did all the tickets go if before today members were only limited to one ticket and when I got on there is virtually nothing left? Really disappointed wanted to take some friends. Football ticketing still remains in the dark ages

Glad to know it's not just me who's having issues with them suddenly being unavailable. Can't see any two together at the moment

I'm getting a "tickets have been sold out" message, but I've still been placed in a queue. This fast, really?

There weren't very many for General Sale in the first place - maybe 1000.
I'm hoping that, as the game is a month away still, maybe they open up a block or two of the upper tier.

The queue is because Everton tickets went on sale to Members this morning

Don't worry if lower levels sell out the upper tiers will be on sale one block at a time I'm sure?

Went back and forth between ticket home and Wembley page and eventually found 2 together in lower tier. Seems almost sold out though.

Lol, wasn't going to bother, but thought "£20, no excuse really", so went on. There's like, 6 seats left, and by the time I'd picked one and clicked confirm they'd all gone

I didn't bother getting tickets during the members window as I thought I'd be able to pretty much pick one up on the day if I wanted one. It appears not!

It's not that simple. Wembley are only allowed a certain amount of sold out events a year due to it being in a residential area. Or something to that effect.
If it was a CL game then the top tier would be open.

Imo I'd rather them not open it to see if he atmosphere is better with everyone confined to the lower tier

However, we've already got an agreement to use the full 90k for all European matches.

Only caveat I can think of is they may have made that arrangement for the maximum number of UCL games, whereas the Europa has an extra round - in which case we might have to keep this one at 50k to ensure we could use the full 90k all the way through till the semis if necessary.
