Ah. Well, not rocket science, need to consider this stuff.
The amount of people I've known have great ideas that hinged on copyrighted names.
In this day and age, you've got to think of yourself as a business, and get your plan in place from day one.

you are correct, we have been told by the club we need to change our name, but they have not ordered us to take down any of our videos, which is nice of them. we are now called "WeAreTottenhamTv". We did consider the name at the start but we thought it should be ok as we had "TV" in the name but at the end of the day it was too closely linked to the membership scheme. We have now successfully changed the name and we don't expect anymore issues with it from here on in.

What a mad day that was on Sunday!
And @riggi we're literally only a month into making content, I assure you it will get better and we have plans for next season to do a similar post-match pint series. But thanks for the input.

At least you've changed your name from 'One Hotspur'. Trying to nick intellectual property from the club for your own gain was not going to endear many Spurs fans.
