I said weeks ago it was never going to happen. At 62 he ain't going to want to fuck around at Spurs when the Glaziers will just throw the odd two hundred million his way. That said i read an SI report on the downside of the man that is LVG. I kept the link from Twitter and will post it tonight. Interesting read and i truly think we have dodged a bullet here.
I don't think LVG is the type who wants to spend 200 million though.

He obviously would rather manage United though but he seems to prefer building sides by working with the players already there.

Think you need to look at the table. Unless Arse balls it up they havent got CL football.
And if Man U sort themselves out, Arsenal spend big and Liverpool win the league that will just leave Chelsea and Man City to get around for a top four finish in the immediate future.
Finishing top four now to clubs like us and Everton is going to take a massive nose dive by 2 of those while we get our act together at the same time.
Easy, easy, easy lol.
Then again if arse do slip up, wenger gets the sack and Moyes gets the job lol.
I xo know where they are in the table
But as you say Arse may slip

Typical Spurs; always hoping something better comes along but never committing, then taking what's left because they took too long! There doesn't seem to be a cohesive plan to their decision making, it's just a cluster fuck.

Well what could we have done in regards to Van Gaal? He was always unlikely to commit to us when there is very likely to be jobs coming available later with clubs with bigger attractions.
