No real surprises in the lineup. To be fair, minus Kane, that's about the strongest team we can put out.

Keep Gabbiadini on a leash and we should be ok-maximum concentration from Dier today because I think he'll try and drift behind him and we can't give him space in the box

This will be tough, strong Saints side and theyve decent bench options with Boufal, Long and Rodriguez.

Sky just can't help themselves crapping on about City and Liverpool, when our game is up first, can they? Wankers

Onomah on the bench over GKN again. Bound to go over well with some on here

I think nkoudou will be loaned/sold in the summer. It's obviously been a punt that hasn't worked out. I don't think he's a bad player but it's becoming obvious that he doesn't have a future with us and is taking up a squad place that could be given to someone who could make a bit more of a contribution.

With Son having got a hat-trick last week he should be full of confidence. That and is pace should cause Saints a few problems, especially when their own fans don't seem to rate their CBs. I think we could win well, but we need to score early to settle the nerves.

Wouldve preferred Winks to be there
Remember when we were all crying for Kane to start over Soldado. Poch took a lot longer to make switch than a lot of us wanted. Feels like it could turn into a bit of that with Winks... Which is fine i guess. I mean, it worked out well in the end for Kane didn't it.

But yeah, personally I'd prefer Winks.

Thought I'd flick sky on early to catch the build-up... not sure they're going to show our game, looks like they're doing a 3hr build up to city/liverpool :banghead:

I personally think that starting both wanyama and dembele is the best option. Football is a game on 90mins+. Those two set the tone and work there midfield hard and giving them a battering and then in comes winks to toy with em and with direct forward passes when there blowing.

Also minus Rose and potentially Lamela (will be interesting to see where he features, with us having changed formation since his absence).

BBC has Eriksen coming in for the injured Kane.
What team have I been watching?
Spurs Tribute group clearly.
So far below the radar
we're positively underground.

BBC's 'Team News' page for our match says the following:

"Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino is expected to pick Son Heung-min in place of injured striker Harry Kane."

Which part of that says Eriksen is replacing Kane?

From the starting 11 from last week, Christian for Harry is the only change. They're right.
