Is this Qarabag team quite an attacking outfit? If so I'd be disappointed if we didn't score a few.

I'm going 4-1. With a brace for Carroll. I'd like to see him get at least a couple of goals for the club!

Does anyone know if there's a Europa League highlights show anywhere on free-to-air? This BT Sport malarkey is vexing me greatly.

After the drivel I've watched over the past two days I hope we play a high temp open expansive game and go for the jugular.

Like others I hope Carroll get's a game and Harry comes on rather than starts. I'd give him 30 minutes at the end when Qarabag tire and hopefully grab a goal.

I'm more annoyed that we can no longer watch a whole game on free to air TV. I'd happily take ITV3 again whatever their camera angles. I never complained about them as I was so pleased to be able to watch while I was making dinner downstairs in the kitchen. Now I have to make "other arrangements" to watch Europa games just as I do with our league games.

just hope its not boring drivel like 99% of our EL games ...... attacking side thats sent out to have a go not bore the opposition into submission please

Why would the Spurs game be put on BT Sport Europe and not Anderlecht/Monaco? That's fucking stupid.

Plus the fact I have access to BT Sports 1 and 2, and not Europe. :meh:

I think much of that was due to our midfields last season. Every midfield we featured in Europe lacked forward drive, because they lacked Mason and we had no other forward passers. Those games really were awful to watch.

Hopefully with Carroll being an option, that problem no longer exists. Carroll has played well for us in Europe in the past, so I think he'll contribute at least somewhat to us not being a complete snoozefest as we were in Europe last term.

Answered your own question there mate. Put the game more likely to get watched on the "premium" channel so they make more money.

Fully expect a comfortable win and three points whatever team we put out. Failure to do that and the group gets a lot tougher.
