I think people forget that Jansen is still only 22 (or something like that), he can improve, albeit probably marginally. I dont think it would do any harm to bring in another striker though, maybe a pacier option just to give us a different option.

Go back to the subject at the time. He was absolute shyte! When we signed him I supported him; and still do. But if he plays shot I will say so. Don't pull out one line quotes that are taken out of context.

No, I will thanks. There's nothing wrong with constructive criticism. If you're going to just come out and say someone is shit, you're going to get neg repped for it.

Scraped that. I for one really want us to win some silver ware and would rather see fewer changes in the starting line up, say 3 or 4 , get the game won then rest key players. Thought Winks and Sissoko were the bees knees to day and Nocando made a real difference when he came on, would love to see him get some more game time especially in the last 30 mins of games

People really need to lay off Janssen, he's played the equivalent of 10 full games in bits and pieces., he need some decent service and a few games of 70 mins + to get his mojo. I would love to see him play alongside Kane and Deli more often and if that happened I think we would see a different player. There is some real shit said on here sometime and an obsession with targeting particular players as scapegoats, as far as I am concerned as long as they are trying and put in ef in a Spurs shirt I will giventhem my support.

Would love Fulham away in the next round, my second team who are playing some good football at the moment and we usually get a good allocation of tickets.

Finally respect to those fans who went today with the tube strike going on. I had tickets but couldn't go because it would have taken me several hours to get home if at all.

I will nail my colours to the mask, that I have had it with Janssen.

Sissoko, I have always said needs time, as I did (though against) Janssen, supported him. I honestly try to tell it as is, after given time. I see nothing wrong with that.
The point I was trying to make (and not aimed specifically at you) is that at a guess, 99% of SC wrote off Sissoko big time and with a finality that accepted no argument. Any player may or may not be a success here, but you have to be a bit soft in the head if you close the door on the possibility that a player can turn it around after such compelling evidence that writing a player off completely so soon is a bit premature. IMO of course :D

Me neither, history would suggest that January is the wrong time to buy. That said you never know what Poch and Levy may be thinking after today.

You would like to think it may alter their thinking because that second striker situation is a concern, where as the rest of the squad appears to have adequate back up the other positions.

You will never find a time when I knock players, even if against my opinion of signing them. I give adequate time. If somebody is not performing people are ready to neg you, imho, with no real reason. Seems you are not allowed to knock their favourites.

You gave Sissoko 3 months. Then he was "Shyte".

Sorry if it's been mentioned before but was Toby taken of because of an injury or tactical?

Or it seems you're not allowed to knock the knocking of ones favourites. I think its possible that there's so much mindless criticism, that the sensible stuff can sometimes get lumped into it. If someone has a pop in a fair and balanced way, I think that is a thousand times more sensible and well received than some bears breathed yoke popping in with 'he's shit'.....

Go back to when we signed him, and how I championed him. Difference with me, after a given period i will express what I think. I shouldn't do that neither?

And that is how I try to respond to stuff.
