Tottenham reach personal agreement with Wolfsburg defender Micky van de Ven

De Telegraaf reports that Tottenham have reached a personal agreement with Micky van de Ven. The VfL Wolfsburg defender has agreed a five-year deal with the North London club. Tottenham now need to agree a fee with Wolfsburg in order to complete the signing of the Dutch defender.

Tottenham to sign defender

Tottenham are set to sign Wolfsburg defender Micky van de Ven in a £30million deal, reports John Cross.

The Dutch defender has agreed to join Spurs this summer and now the two clubs are left to finalise the final details.

I think the consensus is that Tapsoba is currently better.
Whether that's because he's more experienced & vdV has just had his breakthrough season, I'm not sure.
