Posted somewhere last week that I wasn't too fussed about this as I want to prioritise the cup but now I really want to win this game.
Having lost three games on the trot the last team City would have wanted to play is us especially away from home, they could have won the title last week but failed and they can't win it today even if they beat us, nothing is in their favour even the fuss about our second goal last week being awarded to Harry Kane, he's now got a point to prove and when he has a point to prove he always proves it:)

COYS!

I know he hasn't scored against us in his last 4 or 5 games, but Aguero always gives me nightmares (probably due to the fact he was about 10 in 7 against us at one point). So I'm delighted he's out. As mentioned, Fernandinho missing will be huge too.

For me it depends whether their front free of Sterling, Jesus and Sane turn up. Regardless of their poor form, with Silva and De Bruyne feeding those three they will always have a chance. Going to be a huge test for Sanchez in particular, his pace will be vital.

It's also comforting that this isn't a must win game, which it looked like a couple of weeks ago. Hopefully the lads go in calm, composed and confident.

3-1. Kane brace and Son.
Hopefully Sterling's finishing is as poor as it usually is; I agree that Fernandinho being out is a huge blow to City

Fernandinho was their best player against Liverpool IMO so it's great for us that he won't play. It's hard to imagine them losing 4 games in a row but now is the time to do it, they will be tired and we are in good form.

Well the good news is that Fernandinho, Stones and Aguero are out.

The bad news, is that Sane, Sterling, De Bruyne, Jesus, two Silva's, Walker and a Gundogan are going to play.

Sorry guys and gals, I'm not fancying this one tonight. I'll be watching this one through my fingers.

I'd bite both your arms off for a draw. I'm rarely as negative as this, but I've got a bad feeling about tonight. Go on Tottenham, prove me wrong :sneaky:

Trouble is, if we lose tonight, I'm gonna blame myself, and that's not good.

Play to our very best and we can get a result against this side. Win and i think fourth pace will almost be assured come seasons end.

Yes if we lose it'll be your fault and your fault only. I only pray that you will be able to live with yourself afterwards with the immense shame and guilt that will undoubtedly plague you until the end of your days. If you have family, I suggest you hug them tightly right before the match, because afterwards you will be a changed man, for better or worse.

Kane is due a top performance today. Hopefully a brace from him to win us the game.

Not sure what to expect of City. They will be anxious to win the title as they showed against Utd but also motivated to bounce back. It's difficult to see them losing 4 straight but football is a funny game. We're unbeaten in the league since we last met and we've won some big games already this year. If we're at least close to our best we have a great chance. At least it should be a great game to watch though.

I am confident that spurs will win tonight and i hope harry kane scores a few.

The reaction from rival supporters has been shameful this week. Its like they have been waiting for him to trip up somewhere which is a disgrace. He is one of the few good lads out there. He has not deserved the treatment he has received this week.

Today's will be something about Kane being greedy and desperate to win the golden boot if he shoots and doesn't score.
Kane should pass more, and he should run more, and he should shoot more, and he should shoot better, and he should face away from goal, and he should face more towards the goal, and does he not see that the goalie is expecting him to shoot!? He needs two matches more to get fit and ready anyway.

Just hope he doesn't steal a goal from Eriksen, really.

They'll be up his backside in 2 months time, wouldn't worry about it.

No Fernandinho is a bigger boost for us than no Aguero. He is critical to how they play. Really hope Dembele has one of those days today, because he could totally overrun their midfield if he does.
Aguero hasn’t played a full game for them in how long? I doubt he would have started today anyway? So yes Fernandinho is a bigger gain for us. Sane and Silver for me are their best players along with KDB. So for me still probably a strong side, but definitely not their strongest so I think we are in with a shout. Would I take a draw right now. Yes I’m afraid so. I think this is our toughest game all the rest are definitely winnable, so draw here and I think 3rd is still on!
