Brent Council have agreed a capped capacity for five domestic fixtures of 62,000, while any additional home Champions League ties could hold the full 90,000.

Added another 45mins getting on to the tube now

If we don’t buy someone this window I don’t think it matters if we have 90k capacity, it won’t be filled unless Levy sets crazy cheap prices. Fans are fed up and have already started staying away, with injuries decimating the squad I can’t see any change unless there’s investment.

Yeah don't see the point in it in all honesty. I stopped bothering to go a while back, and I imagine lots of others have too

I think most fans are willing to endure with the knowledge that we will have a new stadium at the end. I just thought the club should of just announced it'll be ready next season and as a gesture reduced tickets.

do you really think its that's simple ?

firstly the club are not the construction company, they are passing on information being given to them by the construction company, who are the ones that said originally it would be ready in 2019.

and yeh, reducing ticket prices will help our transfer budget and paying off the stadium a lot

its not hard to get a grip on the situation of you take the time to think about what is involved in building a development of this size

have you ever know a development of this size to come in early under budget ?

i know its easy to say it now but I always thought that 1 season was too ambitious to get such a big project finished and that 2 seasons at Wembley would have been the best thing to do, but maybe it would have taken 3 seasons in that situation too )))

So what are you actually saying?

In fairness to the competition (club that could be fighting relegation or other positions) once we-builders relapsed on the scheduled completion date not just once it's in the interest of all, including our fans, to have better clarity instead of this week to month updates. IMO it was never going to be complete in the first released dates, once the club announced safety compliance issues plus we haven't applied for certifications from the council to host full capacity, it would IMO of been best to cut out all the uncertainties which has contributed in a minority getting fed up ( bare in mind Bent Council had reduced the capacity at Wembley so not entirely are fans not turning up ) to reissue a new scheduled date more realistic ie the start of 2019/20 season.

It's the other way round, we didn't plan far enough ahead to apply for increased capacity. I guess that's an indication that the senior execs including Levy didn't actually forsee us being at Wembley all season.
Last season we applied for max capacity before the previous season had even finished IIRC.
