Without extending, PSG would be openly negotiating this January for his signature in the summer.

Obviously he's got to want to play for said team. Just because someone offers the dosh, he has to agree to it. Equally, if we offer him an attractive contract, it'd be easier on him personally, to stay put... he said optimistically.
