You know that quote from Morgan Freeman about how the best way to get people top stop racism, is to stop talking so much about racism?

I feel the same principle should be applied to Tim Sherwood.

You are on to something. I'm happy for him in his new job, but crying out loud he is not one of us anymore.

Gotta stop posting stuff about this bloke - he's moved on; vast majority of us have. he was merely a blip in our history.

To be honest, while I'm relieved to see the back of him at Spurs, I was genuinely rooting for him at Villa last night. He's obviously passionate about what he does and I for one, hope he does well at his new club and avoids the drop for them.

To be honest I disliked him more as a player. He was never in the Spurs tradition, always a millstone around the team's neck. Even though he was a part of one of my favourite nights ever - on the shelf withy mate Chris for the 5-1 cup win over Chelsea that broke the 24 match hoodoo.

As a manager he was a stop gap at best. He knew it, we knew it. His crowing doesn't help but essentially he was in the shop window for 4 months. Not for us, but why not for Villa? His effect on our youth HAS been positive.

He's a cock but not a Cockerel. Fair enough, and I don't like him much, and I'm glad Poch is here instead. But no reason to hate him.

I just find the hate bizarre and irrational.

It's not like he is on 100k a week smirking away on his Instagram account is it?

Should add his celebration after Villa's first goal on Monday. They scored around 20 minute mark, he celebrated like someone who had won the euro millions pretty much the same as in that link for the last goal. Plonker!

Daniel Levy shafts Tim and half of S.C. takes that as a green light to stick the boot in on Tim .

That says a lot more about half of S.C. than it does about Tim Sherwood .

Every despot has their mob of useful idiots .

Tim is proving to be a decent manager .

You can have your opinion and others can have theirs. There was no shafting in my opinion. Also I don't like the man and he wont prove to be a decent manager or a poor manager after this short time. Lets see what is happening in about a year or 2 from now.
