I think the media might be reading too much into Walker thanking the fans for their support on social media.

I hope he stays. Trippier is good, and has been very good towards the latter half of the season, but thats no guarantee he will maintain that next season, and with Champions league to play there will be lots of games for both of them, plus, what will we do if Trippier gets injured for a prolonged spell?

I suspect the answer to that will depend on whether Kyle Walker-Peters is deemed to be ready for a first team role.

If we sell it should be for big money. No harm in fleecing city for all we can get. Then make sure we've got a top drawer replacement lined up in a position of need.

For example, if we sold Walker for £40m and replaced with Keita from Red Bull then that would be good business.

Considering Walker & Trips have such vastly different skill sets and bring such different qualities to the side, i consider them both essential to our tactics. Poch, i'm sure, will say the same to Kyle and then i guess the decision will come down to wages.

"He might feel that he has done enough at Tottenham and he might fancy a change or might feel that Tottenham is the nearly club where we nearly go close to winning the league, we nearly go close to winning the semi final of the FA Cup and he might choose to move on."
I wonder whether Rose is talking about himself. If so, he should remember that he is where he is because of Poch.

Rose has been getting above his station and saying a bit too much for my liking of late. He needs to shut up and focus on his recovery so he is back as soon as possible.

He is where he is because of hard work, cultivated by Poch. Not many have done the cold nights at Stoke like Rose has. He is clearly a very driven guy and has been well liked everywhere he's been, and in Poch has found a perfect hard task master who plays to his strengths. I don't doubt tho that Rose would succeed anywhere he was, as he's that kind of character.

I like Rose's comments. Shows an honesty and also an analytical mind. He's a realist and we all should be

I think that when the truth is out, it will be a case of we wanted to sell him rather than he demanded a transfer. One thing you do not do to Pochettino is be economical with the truth.

Trippier's rise in the pecking order is to be admired, but Walker has contributed hugely to that fact.

Then he says this. "So I only think the club can do so much and try and make a player see that the club is going in the right direction and if you stick with us it won't be long before we are winning something."

The press are very good at stirring up a shit storm. 99% of the time if they printed 100% of what was actually said by a player the story would read completely different. But then there would probably be nothing newsworthy to help sell papers.

Gaz is being cryptic with his comments on Walker. From what I hear he is done and it is just a matter of the club getting as much as possible for him.

Showed no respect for the club.

In another time he would have been training with the youth team for the last month of the season but in the modern game it can't happen. MP needs to drive up his value not down.
