You really can't ignore Maddison can you. We need to strike hard and quick if in deed Eriksen is going.

I've seen this a few times but I don't see why people think we can just snap him up if we want him, he only just moved to Leicester really on what was a 5 year contract as well.

I can he's a total bellend, it's one thing for people to support Arsenal growing up (Sissoko, Aurier) but it's another to be completely insulting the club and then joining us.

As for Sessegnon I think we've got to go for him even if he's not ready for our first team yet. He's eighteen so he won't take up a squad place for another couple of years, hes got bags of potential, he's good in front of goal, and he could be our player for the next fifteen years. How much will a decent fullback or winger cost in five or ten years time?

and you don't show the kind of form he did in the championship last season, at his age, without being a good player. But as always it will be down to price and how much Scott Parker is willing to sacrifice him to rebuild the team in the summer because the owner is going to want some of that £100 million back that he spent in the summer in case they don't come straight back up, which I doubt they will.

If Tielemens is available at £40m he has got to be worth a serious look. He's had a goal or an assist in all but one game for Lei since signing on loan. Wonder if we can tempt him to stay in the Prem with us?

Poch doesn’t rate him. Pointless discussing it.

Poch didn't want him in January did he?

Makes me wonder if Poch knows what he does want

That’s probably more opinion to be fair. Poch didn’t rate him in January but only really had his stint at Monaco to form an opinion.

Tielemans is now Prem proven and a completely different proposition. He’s been really really impressive.

JJ said Poch turned him down. As talented as Tielasman is it doesn’t mean he has the qualities Poch is looking for in a midfielder.

Incoming optimistic ratings, but I genuinely believe this is what is needed.

Diawara has one year left on his contract and has barely played this season under Ancelotti. I reckon he'll cost closer to £20m than £35m.

Edit, just seen his contract runs until 2021. Nothing to see here move along

Yep, he comes across as a complete tosser. I don’t want him anywhere near the club.

Just thinking, maybe the reason we didn’t go after tielemans on loan is that there would’ve been no option to buy, why develop a player for 6 months for another team to profit from it

Genuinely think this is it. Plus it allows Poch and our scouts get to see him play regular in the premier League

Just because poch may or maybe not of wanted a player at a set point doesn’t mean he doesn’t rate him. Maybe he wanted to see how he adapted to the epl, maybe he thought there wouldn’t be enough game time for him at the moment. Poch has been very reserved in playing young players in cm straight away winks had many games where he was in the 3 behind the fw when he came on.
The truth is no one really know but I’d imagine a lot of epl clubs will fancy get tielemans in the summer.

There’s so much logic in signing a rotation player from Serie A over a young promising midfielder who’s shown he can cut the mustard in the PL

Maddison I have always compared to Gylfi Sigurdsson. Lovely technique and striker of a football, will score plenty of lovely goals and get assists, will undoubtedly have a good PL career, maybe even an international one... But he's a bit of a luxury, workrate isn't the best, physically can be a bit of a plodder, and isn't someone who can control or run a game for his team. Maybe someone will take a chance and hefinds another level or two to his game, but I'm not convinced he's a player who will make the step up to one of the top teams.

I keep saying it & I'm not gonna stop. If people insist on mentioning Leicester/Maddison, they are suggesting the wrong player & should be saying Barnes.

Outside of Leicester, Fraser would be another option.

Erm, ‘It’s the bad players who are a luxury ‘. I’m sure I heard that somewhere...
