Only players that are untouchable to be upgraded for me are Kane, Eriksen, Son, Dele, Jan, Toby, Sanchez, and Lloris in the starting 11, and don't want us to move Dier or Winks. Everyone else should be looking at getting replaced in the starting 11 or being replaced with better depth players.
I look at it slightly differently, who wouldn’t I try to sell. To your list I would add Sissoko (can’t believe I’m writing that), Rose, Foyth, KWP and. Gazzaniga. Then there are others I wouldn’t be desperate to sell like Davies as I think he is under rated with his versatility, a bit like how many on here massively under rate Dier. Then there are those that need to be actively touted to all and sundry - Trippier, Aurier, Lamela, Moura, Janssen and GKN and those who contracts shouldn’t be renewed like Vorm and Llorente.

I really like Lamela, his attitude, desire, and grit. Lucas I’m still on the fence about, he should be brilliant with his skill set (pace, two good feet, athleticism, and finishing) but has yet to really all that, bar the United game.

I think if Poch wanted to move one of them on for a HG signing (Brooks, for example), then I think it would be Lucas who was sold.

Course, if we were really serious about the title, we’d bring in Brooks and Zaha for Lamela and Lucas. That would also free up space in the squad for some really high quality midfielders.

I’m a seller of both. Lamela is all about passion but far too frequently about quality on the pitch. Lucas has all the raw attributes but seems to lack the mental aspect to know where to be on the pitch. Good players create space for themselves he seems to lose space for himself. Both of them run into blind alleys far too often. As they are non-HG not sure why we need to replace with expensive HG so I’d be replacing them with Havertz and Brandt from Leverkusen. This would be a monumental upgrade.

Yeah, maybe left my list a bit short. Gazza is fine but needs a 3rd string backup, KWP as a backup is fine but we need a starter, Rose I love but he's so often injured we need a player better than Davies to start the majority of our games, Foyth is great as the 4th string/development CB, Sissoko I'm selling while value is high. He'll be 30 next season and his game is basically all based off athleticism. Sell while value is high, bring in a new DM & CM and let Skipp rotate as the 5th option for the CM/DM roles.

That would be awesome, and also cost over 100mil.

I'd sell Llorente, Lamela and Moura with Nicolas Pepe and Jack Clarke as replacements. Pepe's an absolute livewire and potentially a world class player in the making.
If Eriksen goes (god forbid) then I'd hope we go for Kai Havertz.
I'd replace Aurier and Trippier with Max Aarons.
For CM I'd hope we look at Stanislav Lobotka, Sandro Tonali or Lorenzo Pellegrini as an addition to what we already have and Sander Berge as a Wanyama replacement.
For our LB position I'm at a loss but I would steer clear of Sessegnon who's going to make it as a WF or striker in the future, not as a LB.

No matter how we try to look at it, I don't think we'll be able to make adequate business this summer without a substantial net spend and that frightens me. A lot.

Joao Felix, forward from Benfica. They seem really dumb lately when it comes to selling young talent, i.e. Jovic & Bernardo Silva. Should look into this one. Kid looks like a star in the making.

Just to put it out there. Bale refused to celebrate with his team and pushed them away when they tried to yesterday when he scored the pen. He wasn't happy and his body language showed he didn't want to be there
Just to add to this last night he has also refused to warm up and speak to the Madrid players on the bench...

Interest from Chelsea, Man Utd (HEAVILY scouted him), Feyenoord, Barcelona... £100m release clause.

By all accounts, a phenomenal talent. One or two hurdles for us to get over, though.

Worth noting though that Jovic and Bernardo Silva couldn't get near the first team when they did the deals to let them go. For 1st team players, they get high fees for e.g. Ederson, Semedo, Lindelof and Renato Sanches.

Maddison comes across as a total **** and that hasn't been helped by the court case where his friends punched somebody for not knowing who he is, along with what Maddison had said being revealed in the trial and not to mention the way he has spoke about Spurs in the past, even if he was young, I don't really care, he's going to be over the top expensive and I'd rather us pay for somebody who hasn't mouthed off about us.

Interesting little story in in the Express today saying that Leeds have put everything and the kitchen sink on getting promoted, and if they don't make it, the financial implications could be so severe that the owner may even have to look to sell up. One to keep an eye on given our interest in Jack Clarke.

Julian Brandt release clause being reported in Kicker.de and Bild as 25 Mill.

Very interesting if accurate. Not sure on our interest and may (depending on business generally) require an out to bring him in but would surely represent great business given his age and ability for anyone.

Has anybody seen Teji Savanier play?
CM from Nimes
He’s 4th in the whoscored season rankings, only below Messi, Neymar and Mbappe
