Seems like Coutinho is on his way out at Barca. Could we try and swap him for Eriksen ? (Assuming of course Eriksen isn’t signing a new contract)

Liverpool would have an absolute conniption. So I say lets do it(if Eriksen wont sign a new deal)

I think most Liverpool fans couldn't believe what Barca was willing to pay for him. I think he was seen as a good player, but not otherworldly. Not the most important player in their squad. So, yeah, it'd sorta be like us being offered 200m for Dele... While we all agree he is great, the team can get by without him. Moreover, with that 200m we could bring in 3 or 4 players roughly in the same ballpark as Dele.

(By no way am I suggesting we sell Dier's BFF...just making a point ?)

Just watching Leverkusen vs Mainz. Havertz has just put his side 2-1 up with a calm, cool finish; running onto a cut back on the 18 yard box and placing it, first time, past the helpless GK.

The 19 year old oozes class, and if Eriksen is indeed off this Summer, he’d be a superb acquisition.

Supposedly Leverkusen don’t sell players to Bayern, so we could be in with half a shout of signing him if we try.

He would be an incredible signing - seems to be able to play the 6-8-10 role too, would be so useful on top of his clear talents. 19 too!

I think it's best for him to stay for another year. And probably best for us for another year of his contract to expire

A bit controversial but I’d be happy to keep llorente as back up to Kane and son(if he’s happy to do so). He’s been effective coming on late.

I’m happy with the lb situation for any other season. Think both right backs need improving tbh. But think just 1 will move on with kwp coming in.

Cb again quite happy if Toby stays but if not then lcb is needed.

Wanyama needs to move on sadly. So another needed in there to play with winks, Sissoko and Dier with Skipp getting some minutes as well.

Hopefully Eriksen will stay, I wouldn’t mind if Lamela moved on just cause of the injury issues. So probably need two creative players. Maybe a Grealish type and a established cl player.

Need a new 3rd choice keeper hopefully home grown.

Agree we need a Cm to replace Victor.
But we also need to improve full backs,
A center back if Toby goes
A striker if fernado goes
And if eriksen goes...... the world will end.

I think seeing as we wil have signed one player in nearly two years it could be a depressing summer.

Think in a way he is similar to Kai Havertz and will appeal to Poch in the same way. Big, strong and elegant footballers with an eye for a pass who possess a goal threat.
