Don't know & don't care. I just saw some transfer stuff & thought I'd share it.

There's nothing I can do about any of it & whether stupid or not, I've got faith & belief that people at the club know what they want, what that need, and are required to do to make it happen.

Oh for sure, and certainly wasn't my intention to give the impression that it wasn't worth posting, and appreciate the fact that you have.

Agree. Hope the club have the plan in place and we can snaffle some of our targets. (y)

I mentioned him a couple of weeks ago, but there's talk (in media land) that we've actually monitored/been aware of Billings since 2016.

Here's one such example - https://www.hitc.com/en-gb/2018/10/...rst-watching-him-spurs-should-finally-target/
If we could get Billings and Berge, we would have the tallest CM pairing in history and even more aerial threats for Eriksen to miss from set pieces . Billings is 6′ 6″ and actually does a decent Rory delap impression for Huddersfield, while Berge is 6′ 4″ and moves way quicker for someone his size.

Personally I'd rather his current strike partner. But that's just me.
Coops, methinks you are perhaps seduced by the proximity of the moment. Perez may have had a hattrick but he is significantly less effective 90% of the rest of the time. Just check toon fans opinions and see who they like more. Now some might say I'm being a hypocrite here or displaying confirmation bias because I panned WBA fans for not knowing what they had and celebrating toon fans for opposite. But now he's got the goals, in a defensive setup, and not just chasing lost causes like with Pulis so WBA fans do look stupid.

But I always defend my position by saying just watch him for a game. Watch his workrate, holdup play, selfless teamwork, etc. Rondon is a god!!!!

edit: this message is brought to you by the chairman of the Salomon Rondon supporters trust.

Nah nothing at all to do with his last game. We've been linked with him for quite a while & I've tried to keep an eye on him because of our own limited options.

He even admits himself that he came close to joining us previously - https://www.shieldsgazette.com/spor...enham-amid-interest-from-man-united-1-9125617

PS, I've got absolutely no problem with the Rondon suggestion. Very good option. I was speaking from nothing other than a personal perspective.

Not get a sniff? Do you not think we could buy a player from Everton then?
They've got plenty of money and fancy themselves as top 4 challengers. Not saying they are, but that's how they see it. I'd assume Digne has a fair bit left on his contract. I suppose there's a chance we could 'turn his head' but that's usually done by clubs much bigger, richer and more successful than us at the moment. I don't think we'd make him an offer he couldn't refuse tbh.

Looks like utd are going for meunier.

Free run at AWB? Can’t see city going for him with Walker still good for a few years and doubt he’ll go to be back up.

MirrorFootball understand Fulham’s Ryan Sessegnon is now favouring a transfer to Tottenham Hotspur this summer.

The player is understood to also be desperate for the possibility to work under Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino and continue living in West London.

Yves Bissouma was incredible against us today. Whenever I've watched him play he's been class.
He's got tools/raw material and that is what the evaluation should be about. He's played decently with they have actually attempted to play football unlike today. Wouldn't be expensive either. We should see if we could shift Wanyama and Vinnie Chrissy's way. Assuming they stay up of course.

You must have missed the Bournemouth game the other week 🤣
I did! What happened?

The only thing I remember him doing was skinning trippier and judging by this season it ain’t that hard
He constantly stopped our attacks on the right and worked his ass off all game. When he went off we got loads of space there which opened up space for Eriksens goal.

Agree and his passing, touch and dribbling is class from what I've seen.
