On the stadium naming rights , are there now just too many names involved in Spurs for the stadium to have a sponsor.
For example F1 racing partners are Pirelli would they want F1 karting to be held at The Goodyear Stadium , or would Cinch want to be associated with The Cazoo Stadium ?
Have no idea about marketing but would brands take that into consideration when signing up for sponsorship
You're probably right about certain companies not wanting to get involved based on existing sponsors, but that would be true of all clubs, and it's not like there's a shortage of companies in the world!

I think part of the hold up will be that we want a partner rather than just a sponsor. It won't be a case of a company giving us £20m/year to paint their logo on the roof. It will be somebody who wants to connect to everyone who visits the stadium (e.g. football, NFL, concerts) and look to win them as customers. So something fairly generic, like finance or technology would seem sensible.

There were rumours of HSBC being lined up pre-Covid. No idea how true or close to a deal that was, but I could see a company like that being a fit. I'm pretty sure a naming rights deal would have been plan A for Levy, but it's definitely not worth selling out to a crap partner just to get the extra money rolling in.

Think all those rumours are just that , wasn't Amazon another one that was doing the rounds. Had a look at THFC partners and see that we have two financial partners HSBC and AstroPay so there doesn't seem to be any problem of conflicting interests, Astropay isn't actually a bank as such but they do offer a savings account as HSBC must do.

It likely to be more the other way around. Cinch, for example, will have exclusivity rights so that other car traders can't become a sponsor. Same goes with Heineken/Beavertown and other beers, HSBC with banking, HP with IT etc. The F1 partners would likely confuse things slightly though, as you're right. Despite Pirelli being an F1 partner (I'm taking your word for it here, I have no idea about F1), they're not a Spurs partner. In fact, I wonder what affect that has on the Kuhmo partnership. My guess is that Pirelli have to sit out the activity at the stadium. Or perhaps Kuhmo do.
