Leicester are actually 12th, lower than I thought but my point still stands. There's no way in hell they're getting relegated so not trying for a cup win is piss poor.

Oh dear...Allardyce or Moyes or Hughes or Pardew or some other retread to try and keep them up? Or will they go for someone younger?

I don't have an issue with either Allardyce or Moyes, but Hughes and Pardew don't deserve Premier League clubs. Hell, they barely deserve League Two clubs...

After what Moyes did to Sunderland I don't think Huddersfield should gamble on him. Allardyce probably safest bet if they actually want to have a chance on staying up.

Don't see either of these being prepared to take Huddersfield on. The points they have make it almost an impossibility they'll escape, they don't have the players to score goals needed, so it would be a no win scenario.

If there's one thing the last two or three years has taught us on the subject of managers, it's that going for the PFM "tried and tested" manager only leads to even more problems down the line. Allardyce is the only possible exception to that rule.

Huddersfield will almost certainly not stay up no matter who they hire, so I think they should go for a Marco Silva at Hull type appointment. Completely left field on a short term deal and just have a go, then assess in May.

I would hope they would give a younger manager a chance but we all know what will happen. They will go for the tried and tested to see if they can stay up.

They would be crazy to appoint hughes or pardew.

When your in the shit and all you can muster, like the above poster said, is jason puncheon then its best you walk away. Probably looked at the fixtures coming up and thought fuck it, i'm off. I bet he didn't fancy the rigours of championship football again.

I think Sol Campbell has probably done enough at Mac to show that he’s a top class manager and worthy of the challenge. I’m sure he’ll explained to Mac how lucky they were to have had him

Shame about Wagner, wonder why he chose to walk though.

Seems a little weak to me.
