I see Rashford is out now...

All of the players that have pulled out of International duty this week will no doubt have made miraculous recoveries for their next league match.

Squad is not far off being the finished article now when all fit. Probably need another top draw CB. I think the players are there now in midfield just have to find the right blend. Exciting times though actually look forward to England games now.

The rate that players are pulling out, we'll end up with seven or eight players with England. Even Skipp will be called up.

It's funny because I seem to remember him playing 70 minutes for United with a knock recently but can't play a single minute for England. Hmmmm.

My team would be:

Pickford
Trips Dier Maguire Chilwell
Henderson Rice
Sancho Alli Sterling
Kane

Assuming Rashford is injured if not being him in for Henderson and pull Alli back to CM

I think FIFA or whoever should say that if a player pulls out of a squad for a competitive international match through injury he's automatically ineligible for his clubs next game.

Yeah, it's very exciting. The U21 squad is absolutely packed with talent, and there's some great players in the U20s and below as well.

In recent years I've forgotten about most England games (even qualifiers) until about 5 minutes before kick-off. All day today I've been tinkering with a team in my head and thinking about the game as if Spurs were playing.

Squad is looking good, future is looking bright. Would love Hudson-Odoi and Rice to get a few minutes in tonights game.

Except for Henderson, I do t mind that team.
Agree, for me it would be either him or Dier with Barkley in for the one who sits out. You shouldn't need two DMs at home in this type of game.

Back four is a bit suspect but is what it had to be when three starters are missing.

Out of who we have fit, Barkley should have been ahead of Henderson. When all are fit I would like to see Loftus-cheek in there.

I am glad Rose isn't playing, we need him fit otherwise I would say he should start also.

Alli on the right doesn’t look good. But then Henderson anywhere but central looks even worse.

I can see it being more
Kane
Sancho .......Alli........sterling
Dier Henderson
With Alli playing behind Kane with sterling and Sancho being the wide players.

Then left scratching heads why England never win anything
