While I don't dismiss the possibility that we need to sell to buy Lo Celso, I did take that snippet from Ali Z as more of a nod towards incomings at positions like RB and CB (which more and more posters are getting twitchy about due to a lack of links). The 'sell to buy' positions.

To be fair we seemed to move quickly on Ndombele, Lo Celso and Sessegnon whereas we've kept our powder dry in other areas, so the ITK from the likes of Herc saying they aren't dependant on sales has to be considered. I certainly wouldn't put any money on it though!

Did we move so quickly on Lo Celso and Sessegnon that no one at the club remembered to announce them?

BBC reporting the Tripper deal is imminent. Odd for us not to of had any ITK on the deal to Madrid. Perhaps some of the leaks out of the club have been plugged hence why it’s been so quiet on the ITK front.

Sometimes no news is good news fingers crossed it's the same reason we've heard little on incomings especially considering who we are competing against for our targets.

In the media today. Rose not going on the tour as he looks for a new club. If nothing materialises he will return to the first team fold. Mutual agreement between Poch and Rose it seems.

Thanks for the update. All in line with strong hints that we will potentially see a lot of movement. As do all the rumours to do with RM and a number of different players as we were told to watch Madrid this summer. Frustrating for us as fans who just want to see players in that we need but I guess understandable in the complex high finance of top transfers across Europe

Interesting that we've been so tight lipped on Trippier and potentially Rose leaving. Unless we have made inroads on potential replacements and didn't want the selling club to know we were due a windfall.

Hopefully we get some positive ITK soon, the drought has been felt!

Strange as to why we want to keep that so quiet, is it really a great surprise they’re available
