Unless a really, really big offer comes in for Eriksen neither he nor Isco will be leaving this window as both would be CL cup tied. And even tho Isco is down the pecking order at RM they still need him.

Isco is probably just smoke and mirrors. He isn't and never was coming to us but it distracts us all from the fact that Madrid is about to bend us over and lube up.

if we don't sign Isco none of us would be surprised, but there is no way we will be bent over. Eriksen hasn't signed a contract, if he doesn't sign one by the summer then we are in danger of him going for free the following season. if he intends to leave it is vital we get a fee because the money will be needed to replace him

Eriksen is better than Isco in my opinion. Seems like in Real Madrid's opinion too.

I agree would much rather keep Eriksen. Lets face it what we are witnessing is the beginning of a schooling from Real Madrid again. They will buy Eriksen, we won't buy Isco. I would happily put money on it.

I have finally arrived. The last transfer window extinguished all hope and now I can read several pages about losing Eriksen and signing Isco completely detached. No emotional involvement. Destroyed but at peace.

Madrid has been bending us over for years. Modric, Bale, Ozil etc. Isco and Eriksen is just the latest attempt.

I think Real Madrid will spend big on him they don’t strike me as a penny pinching club they will pay 100 m get eriksen in the summer they love a galactico, not bargains. So they will pay 100 m as signing eriksen will be a statement and if he is going cheap Barca will come sniffing along with PSG, man United ect if he is only 50 million clubs will be tapping g him up like mad offering massive cash. Don’t think they will risk it.

I think he will be gone in the summer with an agreement and hopefully Isco comes across this jan.

However it’s spurs he could end up going for f-all and Isco goes Arsenal.

if as a young kid with the chance of being a footballer the majority would dream of playing for Barca or RM. Eriksen has a dream to play for them, he has for years hence why he still hasn't signed a contract.

we managed to keep hold of Modric for an extra season

we got a record fee for Bale

Ozil went to Arse and that turned out to be a result, because his work rate would of meant a wasted 50m once Poch took over.

I would rather any of our players join RM than a rival

We can only sell Eriksen if we get someone like Isco first. In reality we actually could do with another number 10 as well.

Do not let the sale of Eriksen go through until we have signed our targets. Similar to the way we sold Bale

There hasn't been any ITK about it, just reports in the media. Best to discuss this in the player thread.

It is clearly Eriksen’s decision but personally I’d rather he decided to stay and we had him than Isco. But if he is going Isco is probably the best we could hope for. Wonder if RM still want Eriksen if Isco stays and they get Hazard.
