Times have seriously changed and we are not as privileged with information as we once were. This is probably for the best though as imo it cuts down on the potential for another 'Willian moment'

Funny how yesterday was so gloom and it really looked like it’d at most be a 1 in 1 out. Today, based on the itk, I personally think we’ll see minimum two (maybe three with departures).

Called it page 3 lol. There was always something fishy going on with palace signing all these players when Hodgson said they were skint only a month ago.
I mean £24m on Danny Ings for heavens sake.

I don't get this argument. They spent £28m on a center back last year so they are willing to spend if the right player comes along. Their only striker scored about two goals last season so they were always going to spend on a striker this summer. I like the latest info that the deal isn't dead, but I wouldn't jump to any conclusions about their spending.

Its such a shame the transfer window is on at the same time as the school holidays.....................

Have they allowed the extra hour to finalise almost complete deals as in previous years?

I'm not sure I see the Goat's ITK as positively as others do. To me it suggests we've stepped away from the negotiating table (or been ushered away) because we're not prepared to pay the asking price.

I wonder how long Palace's stance will be the same regarding meeting that price too - because the only way I can see us paying it is if we're desperate at the very end of the window, and they might then not accept anyway.

I'm holding out hope for Grealish, Martial/Zaha and another CM (maybe even a CB if we sell Toby) , but realistically I can see it just being Grealish.
