The optimistic part of me (which believes is Father Christmas) is filled with excitement after reading this.

The more reasoned part of me (which has sat on this forum for every single transfer window) knows it is more likely that we just are still haggling over small points

I remember Herc saying Grealish was our number 1 target ‘for that position’ - unless an opportunity elsewhere has arisen, I think we’re trying to bluff Villa.
