Because it's impossible to catch up on a 100 page thread every day. Having it all summarised is much easier. It also goes to Twitter and brings us in more users, etc.

I.e. More sorry souls that A&C can molest with his bans tick.

Hopefully not!
Hi everyone. Please don't give Tottenhamboys any more disagree ratings. I deleted a post that he replied to which makes it look like he's disagreeing with MaestroOfSwe's post which he wasn't! It would be great if you could remove the disagrees that you've already given. Cheers and sorry to all for the confusion! :asshat:

Talk shyte and scum can’t even get their facts right about Poch’s new contract extension. No! He hasn’t signed (yet). Review my post Sunday night ;)

Even if Poch, Kane, Eriksen, and all sign and we make several 40-50 quality signings they will talk more trash. It will be "can they really keep them happy" "what if a big club come in" "no trophy" yadda yadda. Nothing would make me happier than to see them choke on their own words but they're too dumb to know when they've been beat.

Just want to make it clear that this is NOT a question... :nailbiting: but I'm guessing this means Poch ain't signing until the money is spent and/or the new players have arrived.

Some days I wish I were a neutral and not so emotionally invested in what will be a very tiring summer I imagine. This is how I read it too.

That article is just one huge case of reluctant backtracking! Ashton is a joke.

My guess he's been informed how unlikely it would be for Poch to go to a rival in Chelsea.

Now Poch walking if not backed is another story. I'm taking your info as positive though and that hopefully the wheels are well in motion towards meeting his demands!

Was thinking about some ITK that Herc gave last week re:Eriksen;

We have 2 positions with 2 players in mind. Watch that country. Eriksen wants to stay, but wants to be convinced in more ways than one :peeking: (watch all my wordings, and there is no puzzle with letters in there

Could this be simply that he wants a new contract somewhere north of £200k per week, ie 2 hundred not something in the 1 hundred range, more ways than one? If so we could see quite a few new contract announcements if the ceiling has been raised as we expected.

Good work if you can get it........:)

Eriksen is no Walker/Rose/Toby who will demand a crazy amount on money. Money is not everything for him there's more to him in life than money, i'm sure of that. I'm also pretty sure re. the lastest ITK that he will get a well deserved pay rise along with others. There's just one thing about Eriksen and that's Barca, which he has always admired. If we continue to develop as a club like we have, I got a feeling we could hold onto him a bit longer though.

I think you’re overanalysing it. It probably just means he wants more money and convincing we mean business in the transfer market before he commits. A position which probably covers Poch and some of the other players as well.

This is why I don’t buy the argument of players all being put out if we sign a world class player on bigger wages than them. Players take notice when you make moves in the transfer market, it’s not all about money and wages.
