Few bits.

Grealish is pretty much just a timing issue now as to when it best suits Villa. They are having to do a lot of twisting and turning financially and this is a huge amount of money as far as their situation is concerned, so they need to time it so as to best utilise it. I'm also told he is not coming in to be back up to anyone, and will at least be rotating in the first team.

There has been a bit of backtracking as far as his agent is concerned. I doubt it will be enough though, and I still at this stage expect him to go.

Dembele

Still expect him to go, but apart from him no other first teamers are leaving. Trying to shift most of the fringe players and a couple of youngsters as well.

Lots of stuff being worked on and I expect stuff like contract extensions to start trickling through now. I am also hearing Grealish is not the only one that is close and it seems to be quite sensitive which imo means there are other teams interested, or we have the jump on a very good deal.

Everything I am told is thus far to plan, and we do believe we will finish the window in a better position than we entered it.

Parvard info is interesting. I wonder how long we've been looking at him? You'd assume that we've been looking since before the world cup.

Yeah, I reckon this is lip-service. He's been talking the club up in the press too.From what ITK has told us, it doesn't sound like Poch would simply welcome him back into the fold.

Wasn't there a thread about him last summer? I could be wrong but i think I remember that
