Well played Sam Curran!

Commentator Ian Ward managed to speculate whether he would end up as a #3. A tad premature, except that he'll be there next match at this rate.

First time 4 England spinners have taken a wicket in the same innings since 1962 against India.
Going to be a really close game this one and someone needs to step up and get a big score in the 2nd innings.
So impressed with Curran - one of the best young cricketers I have ever seen, and surely soon be batting in the top 6.

Joe Root showing his class - just needs to keep his concentration and convert to 3 figures this time....:nailbiting:

The first six have all got out by playing the sweep. On the one hand its bringing plenty of runs but we're running out of batters now, time to put that shot away?

Great test match and series win.

I’ve just got back from Sri Lanka, saw a fair bit of the 1st test at Galle which was great.

Got the first day at kandy before flying home Thursday.

First time I’ve watched England cricket abroad and really enjoyed it. Planning next trip to South Africa in early 2020.

Would definitely go back to Sri Lanka too, the train ride from Ella to Kandy was awesome.

Always wanted to see England play on tour. Australia, South Africa and the Caribbean tour would be top of my list.
Not sure it’s happening any time soon though ?

Separated from my wife nearly 2 years ago. It’s not been a pleasant couple of years and I’m not recommending divorce but all of a sudden I can do things that I want to do?

Missed my kids something chronic but they are coming up 14 and 12 so becoming more independent anyway.

Hmmm divorce you say ?.
Would almost certainly be a reality if I go watching the cricket on tour too
