Man, Teddy and Keano would have been a partnership and a half if Dr Who had managed to intervene.

Would love to see Bale, Modric, Carrick, Berbatov etc involved. Know there were circumstances with them leaving but man did I love their time here.

Ginger Pale (or Ginger Pele even)?

Nicola Berti played for both teams. Surely he deserves a call up
Didn't Stephanie dalmat play for both too

Although to call either legends is perhaps using a little too much artistic license

Can we get Mike Dean to ref this game? Then call Holtby in and give Dean the scissor tackle treatment that Holtby gave to Howard Webb during King's testimonial.

Rose has heard rumours that Spurs are looking for players in the new stadium.

Meanwhile...back at his swanky pad, Rose furiously and without relent bashes his laptop keys, the search bar displaying name after name.

The intrigue now turning into a confused madness, Rose starts to sing a chant he's heard before. Word is, it only took him two weeks to learn the lyrics. Impressive stuff.

Mabbutt confirmed as gaffer, as well as these players:

Robbie Keane, Rafael van der Vaart, Dimitar Berbatov, Allan Nielsen, David Howells, Stephen Carr, Darren Anderton and goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt have now been announced with many more stars still to be revealed.

Nielsen revealed on Facebook on Tuesday that Jurgen Klinsmann and Jermaine Jenas would also be taking part.

Someone actually did accidentally clothes line a referee during a game though. Was that Steffan Freund?

That's the two names that jumped out for me too - christ, I'd love to see Baggio & Figo play, even now!

Reckon we'll be able to convince JJ to cosh Linekar on the bonce in the green room and smuggle him out of the studio? Don't think it'd be right without some folk like Clive Allen and the matchday staff making an appearance on the pitch, even if they don't kick a ball.

Dead jealous of all who get to go, seems I know a metric shit-ton of people going but i'll be in my shirt singing We're the Armchair Tottenham just to feel included :D
I'll get you a guest ticket if I'm allowed

A

If there's a spare I'll be there, you lovely chap. Me and my old man have been talking about getting friendly tickets for next term too, it usually ends up with him and his two brothers/my uncles if they go but these events have come up a bit short notice for them.
