Aurier is a must. I have no confidence with Trippier to contain Dortmund wingers - would rather risk Aurier.

My XI :

Lloris
Toby, Sanchez, Jan
Aurier, Dembele, Dier, Davies
Eriksen, Son,
Kane

Might just be the way it's arranged...but it looks like our formation had a stroke:p

No offence intended though bud, the right players were there, just the shape looked off ;)
Helps to imagine the players moving....

How are Dortmund likely to line up for this?

Would guess

Burkl

Piszczek
Paspapaplous or whatever his name is
Bartra
Schmelzer

Castro
Sahin
Gotze
Pulisic

Aubayemang
Phillip

If that's there team I would go

Lloris

Aurier
Sanchez (just to chase aubayemang who killed us last time)
Alderweireld
Vertonghen
Davies (be worried about his pace vs pulisic though)

Dier
Dembele
Eriksen

Kane
Alli

Bartra went off injured after 18 minutes today and Toprak came on.

I was looking at that line-up thinking how brilliant our team is, then I remembered that Dele is suspended and Wanyama and Rose are injured.

If and when everyone is fit we have one hell of a team.

Hopefully BD underestimate us after our Carroll/Bentaleb shenanigans.

why are u taking sanchez out of the middle, having jan and toby on the flanks allow us to stretch teams to a great effect, as well as allowing for Sanchez to play to his strengths?

Sanchez can play anywhere on the 2/3, His ability to recover gives him scope. Sticking Toby in that position gives us great scope for distribution from the middle of the park and gives us range, right in there, that we normally don't have. Just have him sit there in front of Sanchez and Verts.

I think it will help us stabilise at Wembley in this particular game.

Toby is also extremely savvy and disciplined, positionally. There's no reason to not be able to stretch Dortmund with our FBs and FL/FR.and still have stability centrally back there between sanchez, toby and verts.
