I didn’t say he wouldn’t give 100%.
Look it’s just my opinion but I want players playing who want to be here for the long haul.
How would lamela or whoever feel if they are on the bench and Eriksen starts? I don’t think it would be good for team harmony.
It’s up to Pochettino and I trust he will make the best decision whatever that is

Lamela should think if i play better than him i will start.
Eriksen has been here for years and i'm sure is good friends with the other players. They all understand the situation. He wants a move to a bigger club for more wages. 90% of the players we have joined from smaller teams. Why on earth would they be pissed at him about it?

Yes but I'd be surprised if we saw him though
Generally I would agree, but we're so short atm due to injury and suspension, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him at least named on the bench. Whether he comes on is a different matter, but after the team news, and assuming for the sake of this that Ndombele, WInks and Eriksen is our three man midfield, these seem to be the senior players we have available for the bench tomorrow: Gazzaniga, Aurier, Sanchez, Wanyama, Dier, Sissoko, Nkoudou. Not much in the way of attacking players there and players who themselves haven;t really done much of pre-season. I think there's as much risk including Lo Celso as there would be Wanyama.

Lamela has played better than him in preseason.
Eriksen didn’t pull any trees up in the last 2/3 months last season either

Good point although I reckon Eriksen starts on the bench, we'll probably see Sissoko, Ndombele and Winks start - see your point though.

Nobody pulled up trees the last 3 months of the season. Preseason doesn't mean much either. It's about getting fitness.
Lamela can't do eriksens job for the team as much as i'd want him to.

Do you really think Eriksen will be on top form tomorrow?
Let’s leave it up to Pochettino.
I’d wager a £5 bet (to SC) that Eriksen doesn’t start tomorrow

If i had £5 to bet i still wouldn't. But i think he starts tomorrow.

Even if Eriksen does play we won't know if he is totally committed in a tackle , he doesn't make any :).
First Spurs yellow card of the season my vote goes to Lamela.

Lloris
kWP Toby Jan Rose
Siss Winks NDom
Moura Kane Lamela

Although, I could see Dier or Aurier sneaking in now they’re back in the picture. Not sure about Eriksen.

On the other foot, he has what, 2 games before the European window closes?

He needs to show them in those 2 games why they should buy him.

Kane, lamela and moura are certain. As are winks and n'dombele. Just 1 space free. I think poch will save sissoko as a sub for tanguy on the hour mark so i can see eriksen starting.

Reckon it will be Sissoko and Ndombele, then either Skipp or Eriksen coming on depending on the score
