We are delighted to announce that we have reached agreement with Swansea City for the transfers of Ben Davies and Michel Vorm.

Left back Davies has signed a five-year contract, while Dutch goalkeeper Vorm has agreed a four-year deal.

The transfers will also see Gylfi Sigurdsson return to the Welsh club where he spent time on loan in 2012 & we wish him well for the future.

I think siggy is great and was not utilised properly in a spurs shirt. I really hope he does well against the other 18 teams in the prem (excluding us of course).

Good luck Sigurdsson. I don't think u were utilised to the best of your ability at spurs and you are a true pro. I have no doubt u will do well at Swansea again and wish u all the best. It was possible he would never have fulfilled his potential with us so its good for him to move on.

Dare I say it ... but is there a touch of Tony Adams in our new LB??? Or is it just me??

If he turns out as good a defender for us i'll not complain!!

I think it's a good move for Siggy. Although, if he consistently finds the net over the next 2 seasons (and I think, with regular football, he will), I expect to feel terrible when he gets a 25m transfer to either Chelsea/Liverpool and ends up as being the next Gerrard/Lampard: scoring for fun from the center of the pitch.
