That's all well and good. I wish for Spurs to succeed also...but my thinking is that we might actually need some stability.

Get rid of Aurier already?...what's Davies done so wrong this season to not even be considered a rotation player with a new LB.

Lloris...slight dip, but certainly a top keeper.

A Dembele replacement AND a new CM all rounder. Highly unlikely we'd be afforded both. Just get an all rounder...job done.

More pace...Son Left, Moura Right, and then the usual AMs to accommodate, namely Eriksen, Alli, Lamela

Tweeks...that's where i believe we're at. 3 additions, two of which to replace Alderweireld and Rose if they leave. A quality CM.

After that...reactive signings to replace any others looking for the off.

Wholesale changes are not required post loss to City. They're a good side and have been constructed with vast amounts of wedge.

Yanited are currently losing to Brom. We won't win every game...no team does, but keeping a good team together goes along way to building harmony and success.

Excellent post mate. Theres not a cat in hells chance we are going to sign 8 or 9 players in the summer. The last time Spurs signed more than 5 players in a summer was when we sold Bale and that didnt exactly turn out well.

We all expect sales or loans in the summer for -

N'Koudou, Janssen, Vorm, Onomah and possibly Llorente.

We would then need another CM , a versatile forward and a back up keeper.

IF Alderweireld leaves then he would have to be replaced.

Id be very suprised if Rose leaves, what top side would want him or pay the money Levy would ask after the season he has just had?.

Dier wont leave, he starts every game for us , United have Matic now, City wouldnt want him and we wouldnt sell to Chelsea or Arsenal or a rival in Liverpool.
Same applies for Dembele, 30 years old and injury prone. We would want top money for him and i cant see clubs paying it.

I predict 6 out and 4 in.

I think we should be keeping tabs on Brighton's Christian Walton if we want a homegrown keeper. He's been on loan at Wigan this season and has been very impressive. Pretty sure Wigan have the best defensive record in the division by some distance and he's kept a lot of clean sheets.

The only question would be how active he is off his line, as we demand a lot more from our keepers than a League One side do in that regard.

I'd be surprised if there are even any suitors at the money we'd want.

A good WC for Rose can change all of that. Same thing with Toby, if he does well with Belgium, we can look to get atleast £40m for him.

Anyone else think we’ll be sniffing around Rodriguez once West Brom are confirmed as down?

Poch has a lot of love for him.

I doubt it. He's had bad injuries since Poch worked with him. We've moved passed his level now.

I wouldn’t be for it, don’t get me wrong. Got a feeling it might happen though. He’s playing well, and regularly and he’d more than likely jump at the chance to be Kane’s understudy

A 28 year old being understudy to Kane? Sure.

I see your thinking. Problem is it opens up the debate about any striker being Kane's understudy. They don't play enough to be sharp when called upon.

Realistically, we're looking at quite a few changes in the squad if we get our valuations met. And, some of these won't be insignificant sales such as an Nkoudou or Llorente. Alderweireld and Danny Rose could be a huge amount of money coming our way. On top of that we have Moussa Sissoko and possibly one of the RBs (If we decide KWP deserves the back-up spot).

For the sake of my "wish list," for this scenario let's imagine we've sold Aldweireld, Rose, Nkoudou, Llorente and Sissoko.

I think that you can add Janssen to that outgoing list too.

If anyone watches the highlights from today, I would fully advocate bringing Foster in as backup keeper when WBA go down...

12 months left on contract, home grown, and still can pull out performances. He made a save from a Lukaku header that shows his reflexes are still up to a good level.

Was interesting to see Sky interview him and J Rod after the game. When talking about how relieved he was to have the racism case dropped and how stressful it had been for his family, Foster turned and just hugged Rodriguez, seems to be a guy who cares a lot about his team mates and a presence in the dressing room.

Wouldn’t be massively inspiring, but if you want a keeper who fills a homegrown slot and can play well in 5-10 games a season, you could do a lot worse than Ben Foster.

Foster and Rodriguez would both be realistic signings..............so this is probably the wrong thread.

Foster isn't the best with his feet, pretty sure Poch would want a keeper who can pass out from the back.

The same guy that told me to back Dele for PFA YPOTY before he'd even played a game for us(££:D££) has said he's having a small bet on Moura being POTY next season. ;)
i see what you did there....yes we are all impressed you are friends with Poch :)
