I am devastated to see Jol gone but as they say - the King is dead, long live the King,we have to now move on and make sure that the board choose the right man to follow Martin.
I really don't think that Ramos is the right man to turn us around, for a start he can't speak English so how is he going to motivate the players directly, for me that is a non starter.I am not impressed by his team or his tactics,we really should have beaten them and they were stuffed by Arsenal!
If our board have one ounce of sense the man to get is Jurgen Klinsmann,he is intelligent, strong willed, articulate, charismatic, demands respect from players and can attract winners! He also has a major connection to us during his playing career and many fans regard him as a legend.
Let Levy know that he is the man that the fans want!

well, Klinsmann may have little exerience at club level but does that really matter when you have a DOF? surely your Job at club level with a DOF is to get the best out of the players available, same as international level, this is something Klinsmann is proven at, so the fact that he's not had club experience could be beneficial as he's not used to signing his own players.

I dont see Klinsmann wanting to leave the states if he does it won't be any longer than two years.

Levy blatantly does care what the fans think, hense his hesitation in sacking the big man.

Don't make me laugh Kendall! The only reason Levy hesitated was because he wanted to have a replacement sorted.

 That's great. Levy doesn't care what the fans want, all he and his ENIC masters want is our money, just like every other football chairman/owners in the Premier League. This league stopped caring about the fans along time ago. If Levy cared about the fans would we have to pay stupid prices for tickets or charge £55 for a shirt that was only worn for one game?

Klinsmann hasn't won a thing in his managerial career.

Ramous cant speak a word of English, Poyet is a clown.

Hughes isnt bad but not better then Jol IMO.

Redknapp is a class act but like Klinsmann hasnt won a thingl and i dont see him leaving pompy for a snake pit which is THFC boardroom.

Klinsmann is lying on a beach in california somewhere. Something tells me he is content with life right now.

i really do despair round here sometimes. Here's one for ya, who do u want -

Klinnsman - a manager/coach with no experience other than with Germany in the world cup, who were on home soil, and always seem to perform well anyway on the big occassion. A good player for spurs but who turned his back on us once he thought he had relaunched his career. Totally untested in club management - but he can speak English, well happy days.

or Ramos, a spanish bloke. Who has won 2 back to back UEFA cups, built a side from not much really, qualified for the champions league in a country were the teams are of an exceptional quality, won the super cup, nearly won the spainish league, plays beautiful football, and coul possibly come to spurs.

Erm - surely this is a no brainer. As for the language, it wont be long before he is speaking english there have been many mangers/top players who have arrived and cant speak a word of english.
